Official description of the call
Purpose of the Call.- The purpose of this Call is to grant aid for the promotion and development of sports within the year 2024, governed by the Regulatory Bases approved by Presidency Resolution No. 2024/69 of October 25, 2024. Submission Deadline.- This Call will apply to all applications for aid, which are submitted from the day after the date of publication in the Official Gazette of the province (BOP) and with a period of 20 calendar days. Material scope.- This call will apply to those projects or programs that present: sports clubs and associations registered in the Andalusian Registry of Sports Entities and in that of the Municipal Sports Board, athletes registered in the town with a federative license through a club or association that meet the aforementioned requirements. Submission of applications.- Applications must be submitted through the Electronic Office: Headquarters.patronatomuncipaldedeportes.es and all the documentation presented must be electronically signed, accompanied by the following documents: -Certificate issued by the Secretary of the entity that the person making the request is the legal representative, as well as the position held. -Certificates of being up to date with the fulfillment of tax obligations with the City Council, located on the ground floor of the Municipal Palace C/ Cuesta de Belén S/N, the Autonomous Public Treasury, upon request at the Treasury Administration located in Cádiz, C/ Fernando el Católica 3, or in Jerez de la Fª, C/ Alameda Cristina 11 or through the virtual Office of the Ministry of Economy and Treasury through digital certificate, the State Public Treasury upon request at the Treasury Administration located at C/ San Juan nº 33 and the Social Security, office located at Puerto de Sta. María C/ Luján nº 4. - Project of the activity for which the activity is requested. Justification: In accordance with art. 17 and 18 of the Regulatory Bases of the subsidy and once the subsidy is approved, the expense corresponding to the approved amount must be justified before January 31, 2025. Failure to present the project justification within that period will result in the reimbursement of the approved subsidy.
