Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of art. 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the Call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database. FIRST: Associations or entities with legal personality and legally constituted that carry out the activity subject to subsidy, that are registered and updated in the Municipal Registry of Citizen Entities of Fuenlabrada, may be Beneficiaries. Those associations or entities that are not up to date with their tax obligations with the State, with Social Security and with the Fuenlabrada City Council, who are involved in a refund procedure, who have pending approval of the justification for a subsidy for the same purpose previously granted by this City Council and/or who have not submitted the justification for any other subsidy received from the City Council after the deadline for this have elapsed, will not be beneficiaries of the aid. SECOND. Aid for the construction of a float for participation in the 2025 Three Kings Parade is granted under a competitive competition regime. The Fuenlabrada City Council has enough tents to provide space for the construction of floats limited to 32 entities. These spaces will be assigned in order of registration until the 32 available spaces are completed. THIRD. Regulatory Bases. The Subsidies Regulatory Ordinance of the Fuenlabrada City Council is published in the BOCM of March 11, 2005, as well as on the municipal website. ROOM. Amount. The Fuenlabrada City Council will allocate a total financial contribution of €54,000.00, charged to application 4051-338-48900, distributed over two budgetary years: financial year 2024: €37,800.00 and financial year 2025: €16,200.00. The aid is granted based on the needs of the Entities, with the following detail: ¿Associations that require a crane: €1,100 ¿Associations that do not need a crane: €1,500 In the event that when applying these scales the resulting amount is higher than that initially approved, the expense of the call will be increased, provided that there is adequate and sufficient credit. FIFTH. The deadline for submitting applications is established during 10 business days from the day following the publication of this Extract in the BOCM, and will be carried out in the General Registry of the Municipal Board of Culture, in the General Registry of Entries of the Fuenlabrada City Council or in any of its auxiliary Registries, it being necessary to provide the documentation described in art. 4 of the Rules of the Call. SIXTH. Advance payment of 70% of the subsidy will be made. The remaining 30% will be paid after justifying the total amount granted. SEVENTH. All expenses related to the materials necessary for the construction of the floats (except inventories) will be considered eligible and justifiable expenses, including the rental of the generating sets, as well as the clothing costs of the extras. The minimum amount to be justified in the construction and lighting concept amounts to €770.00. The execution period for eligible expenses is between January 6, 2024 and January 5, 2025. EIGHTH. The period for justifying the grants awarded will end on January 20, 2025.
