First.- Beneficiaries Legally constituted public or private persons or entities, as well as groups of natural and legal persons without legal personality established to achieve purposes designated as eligible for subsidies and that meet the following conditions: • Not for profit purposes. • Develop your activities in the municipality of Padrón. • Not having to justify any subsidy granted by the Padrón City Council. • Not be subject to any of the causes of incompatibility or prohibition mentioned in article 13 of the LXS. Second.- Purpose To grant municipal subsidies, in accordance with the principles of publicity, free competition and equality for the provision of services or the performance of activities that complement or replace those attributed to municipal jurisdiction, or that in general, contribute to the promotion of the peculiar interests of the Padrón City Council.
