First. Beneficiaries. Residents admitted to nursing homes and those others referred to in article 6 of the Regulatory Ordinance may benefit from the subsidies of this call. Second. Purpose The purpose of the subsidy is to cover the cost of the stay in Senior Citizens' Residences for those who meet the beneficiary conditions established in the sixth article of the regulatory municipal ordinance. The amount of the subsidy may not exceed 100% of the activity's budget, with a maximum of 1,200 euros. Third. Regulatory bases The regulatory bases for the granting of these subsidies are contained in the specific Ordinance for the granting of subsidies regarding social subsidies intended to finance the stay of neighbors and others in residences for the elderly located in El Burgo de Ebro, approved on July 29, 2019, and published in the Official Gazette of the Province No. 231, dated October 7, 2019. The requests from interested parties will accompany the documents and information determined in the rule or call, unless the required documents were already in the possession of any body of the acting Administration, or have been prepared by any other Administration. The acting administration may consult or collect said documents unless the interested party objects to it. There will be no opposition when the provision of the document is required within the framework of the exercise of sanctioning or inspection powers. If the application does not meet the requirements established in the call rule, the competent body will require the interested party to correct it within the maximum and non-extendable period of 10 days, indicating that if they do not do so their application will be considered withdrawn.
