Official description of the call
Likewise, the call can be consulted at the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Community of Castilla y León (https://www.tramitacastillayleon.jcyl.es) using the BDNS identifier. First.– Beneficiaries. Legal entities that have the status of taxpayer of corporate tax, or the equivalent tax in other member states of the European Union, and that comply with the provisions of articles 5 and 6 of the regulatory bases may be beneficiaries of this aid. Second.– Object. Call, under the Program for Spain of the European Maritime Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund, the subsidy line provided for in the regulatory bases, with the aim of promoting the marketing, quality and added value of fishing and aquaculture products, as well as the processing of said products. Third.– Regulatory bases. The regulatory bases for these subsidies are included in Order AGR/949/2024, of September 23, which approves the regulatory bases for subsidies for productive investments and business creation in aquaculture and for investments in the marketing and processing of fishing and aquaculture products, included in the Program for Spain of the European Maritime Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund 2021-2027. Fourth.– Amount. The maximum quantitative limit for the granting of new incentives assigned to this call will be 7,137,735.85 euros. Fifth.– Deadline for submitting aid applications. The deadline for submitting aid applications will begin the day after the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of Castilla y León and will end at 2:00:00 p.m. on April 30, 2025.
