CALL FOR GRANTS FOR INDEFINITE HIRING FOR WORKERS WITH DISABILITIES CONV 2024-2025

Official description of the call
First.- Beneficiaries Those companies that are not dependent on or linked to administrations, public organizations or entities, public companies or public sector foundations may be beneficiaries of these subsidies, in their work centers located in the Principality of Asturias. Special Employment Centers are excluded from this aid. Second.- Purpose The purpose of the subsidy is to subsidize the hiring on an indefinite basis or the transformation into a permanent contract of any unemployed person with a disability, which is formalized, in both cases, under Royal Decree 1451/1983, of May 11. Contracts whose start date is between June 1, 2023 and May 31, 2025 (both inclusive) will be eligible for subsidies. Third.- Regulatory bases Resolution of the Ministry of Science, Business, Training and Employment of October 11, 2024 (BOPA no. 204 of October 18, 2024) approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies to companies located in the Principality of Asturias for the indefinite hiring of unemployed people with disabilities). Fourth.- De minimis regime The subsidies regulated under these bases and call are covered by the de minimis regime established in EU Regulation number Regulation (EU) number 2023/2831 of the Commission, of December 13, 2023. Fifth.- Budget By Agreement of the Government Council of the Principality of Asturias dated November 7, 2024, an expense has been authorized for this call multiannual for the amount of €700,000.00 (SEVEN HUNDRED THOUSAND EUROS) charged to application 85.01.322A.471.002 and budget structure projects 2024/000341 of the General Budgets of the Principality of Asturias for 2024 with the following distribution of annuities: SUBCONCEPT,,PEP,,2024,,2025,,TOTAL 471,002,,2024/000341,,€80,000.00,,€620,000.00,,€700,000.00 Sixth.- Submission Deadline The deadline for submitting applications for contracts formalized from June 1, 2023 to The date of publication of the extract of this call in the BOPA will be 10 business days. For contracts signed since the publication of the extract of the call in the BOPA and until May 31, 2025, the period will be one month from the formalization of the contract. Seventh.- Amount of the subsidy The amount of the subsidy will amount to 3,907 euros for each indefinite contract of people with disabilities or transformation of a temporary contract into a permanent full-time contract, which is formalized, in both cases, under Royal Decree 1451/1983, of May 11, to people who meet the requirements demanded by the aforementioned type of employment contract. When the indefinite-term contract is concluded on a part-time basis, the amount of the indicated subsidy must be reduced proportionally to the agreed working day.
