Official description of the call
First.— Beneficiaries. Individuals or legal entities who own a habitual residence, basic necessities and certain movable property contained in the home that has suffered any of the damages listed in the Order may be beneficiaries of this aid. Second.— Object of the subsidy. The purpose of the Order is to establish the regulatory bases and approve the call for aid to compensate for damage caused to homes, in execution of Decree-Law 2/2024 of November 6, of the Government of Aragon, which establishes urgent measures for the repair of damage caused and losses produced in the territory of Aragon as a consequence of the torrential rains at the end of August and beginning of September 2024 and during the last days of the month of October and the first days of November 2024. The aid provided for in the Order will be applicable in the municipal areas and population centers listed in the annex to Decree-Law 2/2024, of November 6, in which damage has actually occurred due to torrential rains in the periods indicated therein. Third.—Regulatory bases. The Order itself establishes the regulatory bases and calls for aid. Fourth.— Amount of the subsidy. The payment of the aid will be made for a maximum total amount of one million two hundred thousand (1,200,000) euros from the budget of the Autonomous Community of Aragon. The maximum amounts to be assigned for damage to homes are the following: 1.- For total destruction of the habitual residence: up to 60,480 euros. 2nd.- For damages that affect the structure of the habitual residence: up to 41,280 euros. 3º.- For damages that do not affect the structure of the habitual residence or for damages caused to common elements of general use of a community of owners under a horizontal property regime, up to 20,640 euros. 4º.- For destruction or damage to essential household goods in the habitual residence: up to 10,320 euros. 5º.- For damage to personal property, among others, motor vehicles, bicycles, devices or equipment owned and contained in the home: up to 36,896 euros. The amount to be awarded will be the result of subtracting from the accredited valuation of the damages, the amounts that would have been obtained from insurance or other aid granted by other Administrations or Public or Private Entities, national or international. Fifth.— Deadline for submitting applications. Applications will be submitted within a period of two months, counting from the day following the publication of the Order in the Official Gazette of Aragon, except for hidden damages that may arise, in which case the deadline for submitting applications will be six months from the aforementioned date of publication. Sixth.— Other data of interest. The applications will be presented in the official form that is attached to the Order, which will be accompanied by the documentation indicated therein. The presentation will be made by any of the means provided for in the procedural regulations of the Public Administrations.
