BDNS (identification code): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatorias). First Beneficiaries: Groups for Integrated Treatments in Agriculture (ATRIA). Second Objective To call for regional aid by 2024 to the Groups for Integrated Treatment in Agriculture (ATRIA) for technical advice on integrated pest management with the aim of improving the health status of crops in the Community of Madrid. Third Regulatory bases The regulatory bases by which this call is governed were approved by Order 3782/2024, of the Ministry of Environment, Agriculture and Interior, which establishes the regulatory bases of the aid system for Integrated Treatment Groups in Agriculture (ATRIA) for the improvement of plant health in the Community of Madrid (BOCM No. 266 of November 7, 2024). Fourth Amount and financing of aid The aid established in this order will be financed by the Community of Madrid, for a total amount of 65,000 euros from budget program 411A, subconcept 48099 "Other non-profit institutions" of the General Budgets of the Community of Madrid for the year 2024. It is established as the maximum amount of aid per ATRIA and year, 15,000 euros. Fifth Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications for this aid will be eight business days from the day following the day this extract is published in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid.
