Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: The arbitrators who have been appointed in accordance with the provisions of article 31 sections 2 and 3 of the Regulations for Elections to Representative Bodies of Workers in the Company, and who intervene in the mandatory arbitration procedures provided for in article 76 of the Workers' Statute, and article 28 of Law 9/1987, of May 12, on Representative Bodies, Determination of the Working Conditions and Participation of Personnel at the Service of Public Administrations. The arbitrators who have been appointed in accordance with the provisions of article 27 of Decree No. 33/2013, of April 12, which creates the Autonomous Council of Labor Relations of the Region of Murcia, and regulates its operation. The President of the Arbitration Commission of the Autonomous Council of Labor Relations of the Region of Murcia appointed in accordance with the provisions of article 16 of Decree No. 33/2013. Second. Purpose: To financially compensate the arbitrators who intervene in union elections, and who have been appointed in accordance with the provisions: 1º In article 76 of the Consolidated Text of the Workers' Statute Law, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015, of October 23, and in article 31 et seq. of Royal Decree 1844/1994, of September 9, which approves the Regulations for Elections to Representative Bodies of Workers in the Company. 2º In article 28 of Law 9/1987, of May 12, on Representative Bodies, Determination of Working Conditions and Participation of Personnel in the Service of Public Administrations. Financially compensate the arbitrators who intervene in the resolution of discrepancies in the procedures for non-application of the working conditions of a collective agreement, when it affects companies with work centers located exclusively in the territory of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, in accordance with the provisions of Decree No. 33/2013, of April 12, which creates the Autonomous Council of Labor Relations of the Region of Murcia, and regulates its operation. Financially compensate the President of the Arbitration Commission of the aforementioned Autonomous Council of Labor Relations of the Region of Murcia, for each of the meetings of the Arbitration Commission that he presides over. Third. Regulatory Bases. Order of September 4, 2013 of the Ministry of Education, Universities and Employment, which establishes the regulatory bases for subsidies intended for the financial compensation of arbitrators in labor relations. Room. Amount. To cover the economic compensation of the arbitrators in Labor Relations, the available credit is 40,000.00 euros. The amount of the economic compensation of the arbitrators is established in the following amounts: If the number of affected workers is less than 50: 1º Two hundred and fifty euros (250.00 euros) if the challenges or discrepancies are finalized by arbitration award. 2º Two hundred euros (200.00 euros) if the challenges or discrepancies are not finalized by an arbitration award. If the number of affected workers is equal to or greater than 50: 1º Six hundred and twenty-five euros (625.00 euros) if the challenges or discrepancies are finalized by arbitration award. 2º Five hundred and seventy-five euros (575.00 euros) if the challenges or discrepancies are not finalized by an arbitration award. The amount of financial compensation to the President of the Arbitration Commission, for each of the decision-making meetings that he presides over, and with a maximum of two meetings per procedure, will be: 1º Six hundred and twenty-five euros (625.00 euros) if the number of affected workers is equal to or greater than 50. 2º Two hundred and fifty euros (250.00 euros) if the number of affected workers is less than 50. Fifth. Term. The deadline for the submission of requests corresponding to arbitration awards for the year 2024 will begin on the day this Order comes into force and will end on December 2 of this year. Sixth. Other data. Actions carried out between January 1 and November 30 of this year will be subsidized.
