Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Athletes and technicians belonging to the UCLM who meet the following requirements, included in the third base of the full text of the call, may apply for these aids: a) Modality 1. Spanish University Championships 2024. The applicant for a UCLM aid for university athletes and technicians modality 1 must have represented the UCLM during the year 2024 in one of the different official Spanish University Championships convened by the Superior Council of Sports and have obtained a medal (gold, silver or bronze) or have been classified among the top three at the team level in the individual modalities, in any of the aforementioned competitions, and must have been enrolled in the 2023/2024 academic year in official education at the UCLM or have belonged to the P.D.I. or P.T.G.A.S. during said academic year b) Modality 2. Professional athletes, high level/high performance. The applicant for UCLM aid for university athletes and technicians modality 2 must prove their status as a professional, high-level/high-performance athlete from the Higher Sports Council or Autonomous Community in force during the 2023/2024 season, and must have been enrolled in the 2023/2024 academic year in official education at the UCLM or have belonged to the P.D.I. group. and P.T.G.A.S. during said academic year. Second. Object. Financial aid is provided for UCLM athletes and technicians who took part in national university competitions, as well as athletes who have the status of professionals, high level or high performance, in order to achieve a better education for students, promoting sports practice among the university community. Third. Regulatory bases. Regulatory bases that form part of the full text of the call. Room. Amount of aid. The budget for this call amounts to 38,250 euros. The funds available for modality 1 will be €33,250 and €5,000 for modality 2. The funds corresponding to modality 1 and modality 2 may be distributed differently than initially planned between both depending on the applications received for each of them. Likewise, the credits can be expanded depending on budget availability. The amounts of the aid will be the following: Modality 1. According to the medal obtained in the 2024 Spanish University Championships as well as the team classification in individual modalities, it will be the sum of what is reflected below, so that the total amount of aid in this modality will be the sum of that obtained according to the amounts reflected below: - C.E.U. 2024: ; Gold medal €600; Silver medal €500; Bronze medal €450. - Team classification in individual modalities C.E.U. 2024; Champions €400; Runners-up €300; Third place €200. Modality 2. The credit considered in the fourth base for modality 2 (€5,000) will be distributed among all athletes who meet the requirements of the third base section b), and the amount of the individual aid may not exceed the amount of €300. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be ten calendar days counted from the day following the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha.
