Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Individuals and legal entities who own or jointly own an establishment located in the Ames City Council that are registered in the IAE registration of this City Hall may participate in the contest. Participants must meet the following conditions: - In the case of natural persons, it is mandatory to be of legal age. - Natural persons, legal entities or entities that, in compliance with the specific participation requirements established, are subject to any of the causes of prohibition to receive subsidies established in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, may not participate in this call. - Participating persons are required to present a declaration that they are not subject to any of the prohibitions provided for in the aforementioned article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17. - Participants must be up to date with their obligations to the Public Administration (Social Security, State Treasury). - They may not have debts in the executive payment period with the Ames City Council at the time of the concession, unless the payment of said debts were guaranteed, in accordance with the provisions of the Law regulating local treasuries. - They must be up to date with payment of the obligations for reimbursement of any subsidy or prize previously granted by this City Council. People who are part of the jury and who are owners or co-owners of an establishment in Ames, as well as any other person who is related in the first or second degree to any member of the jury, will not be able to participate in the contest. Participation in this contest implies acceptance of the rules contained in these regulatory bases. Second. Purpose. These bases are intended to promote the participation of hospitality and retail establishments in Ames in different programs and events related to business activity, with the aim of creating a focus of customer attraction and increasing consumption in Ames. In this way, the Amiense business community will approach the greatest possible number of clients, spreading the business activity of the City Council and rewarding the efforts of the businessmen in promoting business activity. This call aims to encourage businessmen and women from the City Council to decorate their establishments with a common theme, so that this celebration will be set in motion and will help establish clientele in our business. Third. Regulatory bases. Mayor's Resolution number 3826/2024 of 11/27/2024, regarding the approval of the rules and the call for awards for the “XIX Ames City Hall Christmas 2024 window display competition”. Room. Amount. The amount of the call and the prizes amounts to €4,000, which will be attributed to budget application 4314.47902 of the municipal budget in force. Prize amounts: First classified: €1,500 Second classified: €1,100 Third classified: €800 Fourth classified: €600 Fifth. Place and deadline for submitting applications. The deadline for submitting applications will be 5 business days from the day following the date of publication of the extract of these bases in the Official Gazette of the province of A Coruña. Applications submitted outside the deadline indicated in the previous paragraph will not be accepted. Applications may be submitted through a general application accompanied by Annex I at the electronic headquarters of the Ames City Council (https://sede.concellodeames.gal/eadmin/sede.do). Likewise, they may appear in person from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., in the existing municipal registries in: - Town Hall House in Bertamiráns - Municipal Offices in Milladoiro In accordance with article 14.2 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, legal entities are obliged to interact with public administrations. through electronic means. All contestants will have to send a photo of the showcase to the email promomonioeconomica@concellodeames.gal, before December 18, 2024. Only image formats sent within the indicated period and for which the application for participation registered with the City Council within the application period will be accepted.
