Official description of the call

First. Purpose: To call for aid for young people from Algemesí for their first home. Second. Requirements: 1. Natural persons who have reached the age of majority and who meet the following requirements may be beneficiaries of the aid contemplated in these regulatory bases: 1.1. Be up to 35 years old at the time of requesting aid. 1.2. Be registered in Algemesí. To be eligible, the applicant must have been registered in the municipality continuously for at least 24 months prior to the date of the subsidy call. 1.3. Not be the owner or usufructuary of another home. The purchase must involve access to the first home, and therefore the purchasers may not be, or have been, owners of full ownership, or a real right of use or enjoyment, over any other home. 1.4. That the acquired home constitutes the habitual and permanent residence of the beneficiary for a minimum period of five years from the date of granting the subsidy. 1.5. Not having been declared guilty in any of the circumstances included in article 13.2 and 13.3 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, in particular, being up to date in compliance with their tax obligations with the State Treasury (A.E.A.T.) and with the General Treasury of Social Security (T.G.S.S.), and before the Algemesí City Council. This requirement must be met from the date of submission of the application until the date of payment of the subsidy, if applicable. 1.6. Having acquired and registered as a public deed a home intended for the habitual and permanent use of the applicant, located in Algemesí during the period between January 1, 2024 and October 31, 2024. This means that the home must have been registered in the Property Registry within this same period, which will have to be justified by providing an authentic copy of the registration document. The aid request process cannot be started until this justification is available, and only acquisitions that meet this temporary requirement will be considered valid. 1.7. The value of the home may not exceed 180,000 euros. 1.8. The purchase and sale modality will be considered eligible as a means of acquiring the home. Third. Deadline and submission of applications: 1.1. The request will be made by the holders of the purchase and sale contract, or by a representative, and will be presented electronically through the specific procedure enabled through the electronic headquarters of the Algemesí City Council https://sede.algemesi.es/sede/, in accordance with article 14.3. of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
