Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: Promoters of works on building facades throughout the municipality of Torrelavega and those contemplated in art. 2 of the attached Municipal Regulatory Ordinance for buildings included in the Special Plan for the Protection and Cataloging of Architectural Heritage, with the exclusions established in art. 3 of said Ordinance. Second. Purpose: Promote restoration, conservation, maintenance, consolidation, repair and conditioning works aimed at achieving a better exterior appearance and architectural configuration of existing buildings. Third. Regulatory bases: Municipal Ordinance Regulating the Subsidy for works on facades of residential buildings and in buildings included in the Special Plan for the Protection and Cataloging of the Architectural Heritage of Torrelavega, published in the Official Gazette of Cantabria dated May 31, 2000, and modification thereof, published in the Official Gazette of Cantabria dated June 22, 2018. Fourth. Amount: The credit available to meet the obligations derived from this call for grants is €100,000.00. Fifth. Application submission deadline. One (1) month, counted from the day following the publication of this extract of the call in the Official Gazette of Cantabria, as provided in article 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies.
