Rules for the Call: 1.- PURPOSE AND RECIPIENT ENTITIES OF THE CALL. EXCLUSIONS The purpose of this document focuses on establishing the regulatory rules for the granting of subsidies, under a direct concession regime through an open call, integrated into the ACTIVA CULTURE SPORTS PLAN 2025, to finance certain cultural and sports actions in favor of the town councils of the province, and that generate expenses of a current nature for the 2025 year. RECIPIENT ENTITIES: Town councils of less than 20,000 inhabitants and Minor Local Entities of the province of Cáceres. 2.- BUDGETARY ALLOCATION: The total amount of the Plan amounts to €2,796,000. and will be financed from budget applications no. 05.3340.46227 (worth €2,340,000), no. 05.3411.46803 (valued at €6,000) from the Budget of the Provincial Council of Cáceres for the year 2025. 3.- REQUIREMENTS OF APPLICANTS: Municipalities with less than 20,000 inhabitants and Minor Local Entities of the province of Cáceres, which are not involved in the subsidy, may apply for this subsidy and, consequently, may be beneficiaries. no prohibition to obtain the status of beneficiary of public subsidies contemplated in article 13 of the LGS 4.- APPLICATIONS This Call will be processed electronically through the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Cáceres. Electronic processing will be mandatory in all phases of the procedure, including, where appropriate, the refund phase. The Provincial Council of Cáceres will also carry out all its procedures electronically, through the electronic headquarters, unless due to exceptional and motivated circumstances it has to resort to other substitute procedures, with due guarantees for all parties. The applications, communications and other required documentation will be presented at the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Cáceres, signed electronically, where their delivery will be formalized in the electronic registry created and regulated by the Regulations of the General Registry of Entry and Exit of the Excma. Provincial Council of Cáceres, published in the B.O.P. number 74, of April 21, 2010, modified by Plenary Agreement of June 27, 2013 and whose modification was published in BOP no. 163 of August 23. The forms, responsible declarations and other electronic documents to be completed in the different phases of the procedure will be available at the aforementioned headquarters and must be used when appropriate. The Internet address to access the electronic headquarters is https://sede.dip-caceres.es. Application Submission Deadline: Applications must be submitted by interested entities from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Province until January 31, 2025, with applications submitted after the deadline not being admitted. The submission of the application by the interested entity will imply acceptance of these call bases, as well as unequivocal consent to the processing of personal data and its publication, all in accordance with Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the protection of personal data and guarantee of digital rights. 5.- DOCUMENTS Each entity may submit a single request for aid. Applications must be accompanied by the documentation indicated below, on a mandatory basis: ANNEX, according to the model published with the rules of the Call. If the requesting entity needs to include any other document to complement the information, it may contact the managing body by email to raise this circumstance, who will authorize, where appropriate, attaching it under the name of “exceptional document.” 6.- EVALUATION CRITERIA The Department of Culture and Sports will carry out the evaluation of the applications, and will issue the corresponding report, with a proposal for a concession resolution. Reliable acceptance of the aid will not be required from the beneficiary entities, which will be understood in all cases as positive if there is no express waiver. The total grants awarded may not exceed the amount of available credit.
