Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8 a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.infosubvenciones.gob.es) and in this DOE: First. Object and purpose The purpose of this resolution is to approve the public call corresponding to the year 2025 to promote the creation of employment through the incorporation into the labor market of minors and young people who present special difficulties in accessing and remaining in the labor market through their hiring, provided that they meet the following requirements: a) That they are complying or have complied with judicial measures under the protection of Organic Law 5/2000, of January 12, regulating the criminal responsibility of minors, provided that they have not more than twelve months have elapsed since its completion. b) Be between sixteen and twenty-three years old. c) Present special difficulties in accessing and remaining in the labor market. d) Come from the socio-labor insertion itinerary “Build Your Future Program” and be proposed through a report that certifies this point, by the Technical Teams responsible for their socio-labor integration in the system of care for minors in conflict with the law. The granting of subsidies to promote job creation through the incorporation of minors and young people into the labor market will be used to subsidize those first employment contracts entered into with minors or young people who are complying or have complied with judicial measures, provided that they have not previously been hired by any company or entity. Also included within these subsidies are employment contracts of less than six months that have ended through no fault of the minor or young person. Second. Beneficiary entities. 1. The persons or entities that will benefit from these subsidies will be: a) Legally constituted private companies that carry out their economic activity within the territorial scope of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, within this concept the following typologies are included: 1. Commercial companies. 2. Cooperative societies. 3. Communities of goods. 4. Businessmen and women who, as natural persons, are registered in the special regime for self-employed workers. b) City councils, associations and other local territorial entities of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura. c) Third Sector Entities. 2. The persons or entities beneficiaries of these subsidies must meet the following requirements: Not be subject to any of the circumstances established in articles 12.2 and 3 of Law 6/2011, of March 23, on Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura. Be legally constituted and registered in the corresponding official records, that the job that is the subject of the subsidized contract resides in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura and is registered in a Social Security contribution account code that corresponds to the provinces of Cáceres and Badajoz. Be up to date with the fulfillment of their fiscal and tax obligations with the State, Social Security and the Treasury of the Autonomous Community of Extrema¬dura prior to payment of the aid granted. Third. Regulatory bases On July 3, 2024, Decree 52/2024, of June 11, was published, which establishes the regulatory bases for granting subsidies for the social and labor incorporation of minors and young people who are complying or have complied with judicial measures in accordance with Organic Law 5/2000, of January 12, regulating the criminal responsibility of minors, and the first call (DOE no. 128), being said bases of application in everything not expressly regulated or provided for in this call. Room. Financing and amount of the subsidy. 1. The total amount of this call for the promotion of full-time or part-time hiring of minors or young people who are complying or have complied with judicial measures in accordance with Organic Law 5/2000, of January 12, regulating the criminal responsibility of minors is two hundred and twenty thousand euros (220,00.00 euros) which will be financed from the gas project.
