2024 CALL FOR THE GRANT OF SUBSIDIES FOR THE REHABILITATION OF CONSTANTÍ FACADES “CONSTANTÍ PONTE BONITO” Purpose The object of these rules is to regulate the procedure and conditions for the granting, by the Constantí City Council, of subsidies for the rehabilitation, restoration, renovation and painting of the facades of buildings that are more than 25 years old. Purpose Within the framework of the policies to promote the conservation of buildings, and with special attention to the old town centers of the cities, as a measure to stimulate rehabilitation to prevent their degradation and the promotion of aesthetic values and the improvement of the quality of life of citizens, the Constantí City Council approves the granting of subsidies for residents to adapt the facades of their homes. These aids have been carried out for a long time mainly to preserve the identifying elements or listed buildings, although it is considered necessary to add the possibility of opting for these subsidies for the most recent buildings, more than 25 years old, so that the owners of the buildings avoid the deterioration of the facades. Financing Budget application: 48901-924 Maximum total amount called: 20,000 euros Subsidy amount The aid will be non-refundable with a limitation of 30% of the budget presented by the interested party, and in no case may it exceed the limit of 1,500 euros. Regulatory bases Regulatory bases definitively approved and published to the BOP of Tarragona no. 153 dated August 8, 2017. Applicants The owners of Constantí properties, whether natural or legal persons, may apply for a subsidy. The communities of owners of properties under the horizontal property regime may also request it. The scope of the affected actions includes Constantí properties with a minimum age of 25 years from the date of issuance of the final works certificate. Actions on buildings that are out of planning due to damage to roads, facilities or green areas, according to the urban planning regulations in force at the time of the application, will not be eligible for this subsidy. Applications Those interested in obtaining the subsidy will have to formulate the corresponding application, according to a standardized model that will be provided by the city council, within the period established by the call and will present it in the General Registry of the city hall accompanied by the following documentation: a) Photocopy of the DNI or NIF of the applicant and accreditation of the representation on behalf of the person who claims to act, if applicable. b) Title justifying the property. c) Report of the works to be carried out with the following minimum content: Description of the type of action to be carried out. Photograph of the facade. Materials to be used in the performance. Budget for the works that have to be done. Facade plan at 1/50 scale, assuming that the type of intervention to be carried out requires it. d) Certificate of the agreement of the owners' meeting in which it is decided to carry out the works, if applicable. e) Responsible declaration of the owner or owners of the property for which the subsidy is requested that they are up to date with the payment of municipal public taxes and prices, as well as that the rest of the circumstances detailed in accordance with art. 13.2 of Law 38/2003 of November 17, general on subsidies The City Council may require any administrative document that it considers appropriate in relation to the applications submitted. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will begin counting from the day following the date of publication of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Tarragona and will end on January 15, 2025. Procedure for granting, resolution and notification of the resolution of applications The procedure for granting this subsidy is processed on a competitive basis. The instructing body is the Urban Planning Department of the Constantí City Council, which will examine the applications submitted and require interested parties to correct the correctable defects or provide the missing documentation, within a maximum period of 10 business days from the day following the notification of the
