First. Beneficiaries Orphaned daughters and sons, in case of homicide or murder of their mothers as a result of gender violence, orphaned daughters and sons, may be beneficiaries of the aid. The daughter and son may request the granting or renewal of financial aid, if they are of legal age, or the person exercising legal representation, in the case of minors, unless they were the parent who caused the death, or the person who has de facto custody of the daughters and/or sons. Family members in a situation of dependency may be beneficiaries of aid to family members in a situation of dependency of the woman who died as a result of gender violence. The interested person, or whoever holds the legal representation or de facto custody of the family member in a situation of dependency, may request financial aid. Second. Purpose The purpose of this resolution is to call for and publish the available budgetary credit for the following types of aid: a) Direct financial aid to orphaned daughters and sons in the event of homicide or murder of their mothers as a consequence of gender violence. b) Direct financial aid consisting of a single payment to family members in a situation of dependency, who live in the same home as the woman victim of homicide or murder as a consequence of gender violence. Third. Regulatory bases Order 117/2024, of July 16, of the Ministry of Equality, which approves the regulatory bases for the direct granting of aid to daughters and sons who are orphaned as a result of gender violence and to family members in a situation of dependency of the woman who is a fatal victim as a result of gender violence. Financing The maximum amount allocated for this call is 375,000.00 euros with the following distribution by modalities: a) Direct financial aid to orphaned daughters and sons in case of homicide or murder of their mothers as a consequence of gender violence. The budgetary credit available to meet the obligations of economic content intended to finance this aid amounts to 360,000.00 euros, which will be attributed to the budget application 7001G.323B.48126, Fund 0000000007, finalist fund from the Ministry of Equality, within the framework of the State Pact against Gender Violence, in accordance with the following distribution by annuities: 330,000.00 euros for the year 2025 and 30,000.00 euros for the year 2026. b) Direct financial aid consisting of a single payment to family members in a situation of dependency, who live in the same home as the woman victim of homicide or murder as a consequence of gender violence. The budgetary credit available to meet the obligations of economic content intended to finance the granting of aid to family members in a situation of dependency, amounts to 15,000.00 euros, which will be attributed to the budget application 7001G.323B.48126, in accordance with the following distribution of annuities: 13,750.00 euros for the year 2025 and 1,250.00 euros for the year 2026. Fifth. Deadline and form for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be open throughout the 2025 budget year, although the granting of aid will be subject, in any case, to the existence of adequate and sufficient credit in the corresponding item. Applications will be directed to the Women's Institute of Castilla-La Mancha and may be submitted by any of the following means: a) Preferably electronically with an electronic signature, through the form included in the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Community Board of Castilla-La Mancha (https://www.jccm.es).
