Official description of the call
First. Beneficiary entities. The EWCs that have the administrative qualification as such and that are registered in the Registry of Special Employment Centers of the Autonomous Community of Aragon may be beneficiaries of the subsidies provided for in this order. The eligible actions must refer to work centers located in the territory of the Autonomous Community of Aragon, regardless of whether or not the special employment centers that are beneficiaries of the subsidies have their headquarters in said territory. Second. Object. The purpose of these subsidies is to promote the maintenance of jobs for people with disabilities in special employment centers through the following aid: a) Subsidy of the salary cost corresponding to jobs occupied by people with disabilities. b) Subsidy for adaptation of jobs, including universal physical, sensory, cognitive and communication accessibility measures, as well as the provision of personal protective equipment and means to avoid occupational risks to hired people with disabilities and the elimination of barriers or obstacles that prevent or hinder their work. Third. Regulatory Bases. The bases for the granting of these subsidies are those established in Order EPE/23/2023, of January 16, which establishes the regulatory bases of the labor inclusion program of people with disabilities in the protected labor market through the granting of subsidies aimed at promoting the creation and maintenance of jobs in special employment centers ("Official Gazette of Aragon", No. 16, of January 25, 2023), modified by Order EEI/374/2024, of April 15 (“Official Gazette of Aragon”, no. 80, of April 25, 2024). https://www.boa.aragon.es/cgi-bin/EBOA/BRSCGI?CMD=VEROBJ&MLKOB=1258253420303&type=pdf Fourth. Amount. 1. The financing of these subsidies will be constituted with state-level employment funds transferred by the General Administration of the State to the Autonomous Community of Aragon within the framework of the territorial distribution of credits to the Autonomous Communities through the Sectoral Conference on Employment and Labor Affairs, as well as with regional employment funds of the Autonomous Community of Aragon. 2. The total amount of the credit assigned to this call amounts to nineteen million six hundred and twenty-five thousand euros (€19,625,000) which will be financed from the following budget items called “Labor integration in special employment centers”: Budget application: 51016/G/3221/470092/33005 Credit: €18,625,000 Budget application: 51016/G/3221/470092/91002 Credit: €1,000,000 Fifth. Application deadlines. 1.
