Resolution of November 29, 2024 of the Women's Institute of Castilla-La Mancha publicizing pre-credit

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries Women who are victims of domestic violence, who have their tax domicile in the territory of the autonomous community of Castilla-La Mancha and who suffer injuries, after-effects or serious psychological damage as a consequence of it, may be beneficiaries of this solidarity aid. For these purposes, serious injuries, sequelae or psychological damage, which will give rise to solidarity aid, must entail an impairment of bodily integrity or physical or mental health that temporarily or permanently incapacitates the women who suffer them or determines a permanent non-disabling injury. Second. Purpose The purpose of this resolution is to publish the budgetary credit available in 2025 to finance solidarity aid. Third. Regulatory bases Order of 12-22-2008, of the Ministry of the Presidency, which approves the regulatory bases for solidarity aid to women victims of domestic violence. Room. Financing and amount of subsidies The budgetary credit available during the year 2025 to meet the economic obligations derived from the aforementioned aid will be financed from the budgets of the Community Board of Castilla-La Mancha, to the budget program 323B Promotion of Gender Equality. The maximum total amount allocated is 71,500.00 euros, which will be allocated to budget item 70.01.323B.48126. The granting of the aid provided for in this resolution is conditional on the existence of adequate and sufficient credit in the corresponding budget. Fifth. Deadline and form for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be open throughout the 2025 budget year, although the granting of aid will be subject, in any case, to the existence of adequate and sufficient credit in the corresponding item. Applications for aid will be addressed to the head of the Women's Institute of Castilla-La Mancha and may be submitted by any of the following means: a) Preferably electronically with an electronic signature, through the form included in the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Community Board of Castilla-La Mancha (https://www.jccm.es). b) By presenting it in any of the registries and by the means provided for in article 16 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
