First. Beneficiaries Women who meet the following requirements on the date of submission of the application may be beneficiaries of these social aid: -Being a victim of gender violence. -Have effective residence in a municipality of Castilla-La Mancha. -Do not live with the aggressor. -Lack general or specialized preparation. -Having special difficulties in obtaining a job. -Have no income that, on a monthly basis, exceeds 75% of the current Minimum Interprofessional Wage, excluding the proportional part of two extraordinary payments. Second. Purpose The purpose of this resolution is to publish the budgetary credit available in 2025 to finance social aid. Third. Regulatory bases Order of 12-22-2008, of the Ministry of the Presidency, which approves the regulatory bases of social aid aimed at women victims of gender violence with special difficulties in obtaining employment (DOCM no. 268, of December 30, 2008). Room. Financing and amount of subsidies The maximum total amount allocated is 162,000.00 euros, which will be allocated to budget item 70.01.323B.48126. The granting of the aid provided for in this resolution is conditional on the existence of adequate and sufficient credit in the budget for the year 2025. Fifth.
