Official description of the call
Extract from the Resolution dated November 9, 2024 approved by the Local Government Board Agreement Point FDO 2, which approves the Bases and Call for the granting of municipal economic benefits of a monetary nature in favor of women victims of Gender Violence through the Department of Equality of the Torrejón de Ardoz City Council year 2025 (2024/2024/640800/023). BDNS First. Beneficiaries: Victims of gender violence may be recipients of municipal financial aid, in accordance with the definition given by Law 5/2005, who meet the following requirements: 1. Have the title of accreditation of the situation of gender violence in force: either because there is a judicial measure of protection in favor of the woman (collected in a conviction, judicial protection order, judicial resolution agreeing to a precautionary measure, and exceptionally through a report from the Public Prosecutor's Office in which the nature of the as a victim until the judicial protection order is issued) or with a title enabling their status as a gender victim. 2. Be of legal age or legally emancipated. 3. Registration and residence in the city of Torrejón de Ardoz. 4. Have a Social Intervention Design prepared by a PMORVG social worker, have signed the DIS compliance commitment contract, and are complying with the commitments acquired with it. 5. That your family unit lacks monthly income (income/property) greater than the amount of the minimum interprofessional salary, in the following percentages, based on the number of members that make up your family unit: o One member: 125% of the minimum interprofessional salary. o Two members: 150% of the minimum interprofessional salary. o Three or more members: 175% of the minimum interprofessional salary. For these purposes, a family unit will be understood to consist of the female victim of gender violence, minors and/or dependent persons who live with the victim. Second. Purpose: Granting financial aid for women victims of gender violence and for their sons and daughters and other dependents. Municipal financial aid is a complementary instrument within the social intervention in the PMORVG in favor of victims of gender violence, who, given their circumstances, have special difficulties in achieving their social and/or labor insertion. Its purpose is to provide the victim with minimum subsistence resources that allow them to become independent from the aggressor and have the means and time to face the difficulties that momentarily prevent their social/labor insertion. These are direct granting aids without advertising within the framework of social intervention in the PMORVG of Torrejón de Ardoz. Third. Amount: The budget credit available for the granting of this type of aid during the 2025 period will be allocated to the budget application 050 23102 48001, "Aid for victims of gender violence", 2025 budget, for a maximum amount of €45,800.00. No aid may be granted for an amount greater than the available credit. Fifth. Application submission period: The submission period will be open throughout the year as these are direct concessions at the request of the PMORVG social worker's report within the framework of the comprehensive intervention. Sixth. Other information: The concession process will be on a direct concession basis and without advertising. The deadline to present the justification for the financial aid will be 15 days from its payment. For justification, the original of the documents must be presented; a copy of these is not valid.
