Official description of the call
FIRST. Object. The purpose of this call is to establish the regulatory bases for the granting of Iltre subsidies. Medina de Rioseco City Council intended for companies and self-employed persons, who carry out a commercial and/or service activity, who are not excluded from being beneficiaries of the Campaign, in accordance with the provisions of the Sixth Base of these bases and whose company name has a store or physical establishment located in the town. Consequently, the access conditions of the establishments adhering to this initiative aimed at the acquisition of consumer goods and/or services for citizens are regulated through the system of promoting commerce and consumption through the App “Consume en Rioseco” and its corresponding virtual vouchers “prizes” established for the campaign by the City Council of Medina de Rioseco. SECOND. Beneficiaries. The beneficiaries of the aid regulated in these bases may be natural and legal persons who carry out retail trade and/or professional services, with an establishment open to the public in the municipality of Medina de Rioseco and who are registered in the “Consume en Rioseco” app THIRD. Legal regime. Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies Regulation (LGS), in Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which approves the General Regulation of Subsidies (RGS) and the rest of the applicable legislation. General Subsidies Ordinance of the Medina de Rioseco City Council (B.O.P. of the Province of Valladolid no. 249, of December 28, 2018). ROOM. Amount. The total amount of the subsidies may not exceed the amount of two thousand euros (€2,000.00), recorded in application 330/479.00 of the General Budget of the Medina de Rioseco City Council for the financial year 2024. The prizes are distributed as follows: 20 prizes of 10 euros each; 15 prizes of 20 euros each; 5 prizes of 50 euros each; 2 prizes of 100 euros each; a prize of 250 euros; 1 prize of 300 euros and a prize of 500 euros. The eligible amount corresponding to the beneficiaries of this aid, adhered to the commercial promotion campaign "Medina de Rioseco. Puerto Comercial de los Reyes Magos", is the amount corresponding to the amount of purchases made in their establishments by consumers awarded with prizes within the period established for the consumption of the virtual vouchers. FIFTH. Application submission deadline. Commercial establishments already registered in the “Rioseco Consume” app are automatically enrolled in the campaign, unless, within a maximum period of three days from the publication of the list of establishments participating in the commercial promotion campaign “Medina de Rioseco. Puerto Comercial de los Reyes Magos”, they expressly express their resignation from participating in it, in which case, they will be excluded from it. Commercial establishments not registered in the app must submit their application to the City Council registry, according to the application model (ANNEX I) and the rest of the documentation indicated in the bases. The deadline for submitting applications will be 10 days from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province. SIXTH. Other data. The complete bases and other documentation related to the call can be found on the City Council's institutional website www.medinaderioseco.org. Method of payment and justification: Once the Consumer Campaign has ended, the supporting documentation will be presented in the terms provided in Base 11 of the call within a period of 7 calendar days counting from the following January 31 and payment will subsequently be made within a maximum period that ends on February 17, 2025.
