Aid 2025 Sports Infrastructure REFORM LINE according to Resolution of December 4, 2024 that calls for it

Official description of the call

BDNS (Identif.): 804204. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 18, General Subsidies, an extract of the resolution of December 4, 2024 of the corresponding call was published in the Official Gazette of Extremadura number 9, dated January 15, 2025. to the year 2025, for the line of adaptation, reform and adaptation of spaces, of the aid regulated in the Order of July 28, 2022, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of aid for the construction, reform or equipment of municipal sports facilities of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, published in the DOE number 152, of August 8, 2022, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Database of Subsidies (http://www.infosubvenciones.gob.es). The seventh resolution of the call resolution and the first point of the fourth section of the extract of the call resolution establish that the total amount of the call for the line of adaptation, reform and adaptation of spaces amounts to seven hundred and fifty thousand euros (€750,000) distributed as follows, six hundred and fifty thousand euros (€650,000.00) charged to the budget application 15004000/G/274A/76000/CAG0000001 and expenditure project 20150006, and, once the credit available in that item has been exhausted, one hundred thousand euros (€100,000.00) charged to the budget application 15004000/G/274A/76000/FI25000001 and expenditure project expense 20050305, of the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura for the year 2025. On February 7, 2025, the ORDER of February 6, 2025 was published in DOE number 26, which establishes the conditions and criteria for applying the extension of the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura for 2024 in the fiscal year 2025. Generated a remainder for a total amount of ninety-five thousand thirty-six euros and sixty-one cents (€95,036.61) corresponding to the surplus of credit allocated to the accessibility line of the same call and to the previous existing remainder, in the budget application 150040000/G/274A/76000/FI25000001 and expenditure project 20050305, and there is a remainder of one hundred and fifty-five thousand euros (€155,000) in the budget application 15004000/G/274A/76000/CAG0000001 and expenditure project 20150006, the initial provision foreseen in the line of adaptation, reform and adaptation of spaces is increased by €150,000, finally resulting in a provision for the line of adaptation, reform and adaptation of spaces of nine hundred thousand euros (900,000 €). Thus, once the distribution of the credits has been carried out, in accordance with the provisions of article 39.3 of Law 6/2011, of March 23, on Subsidies for the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, an announcement of the body responsible for approving the call must be published in the Official Gazette of Extremadura, specifying the new allocation of the call for the line of adaptation, reform and adaptation of spaces. By virtue of the foregoing, the extract of December 4, 2024 is modified and the redistribution of the credits provided for in the call is announced, so that the first point of the fourth section of the extract, relating to amount, is worded as follows: “The total amount of the call for the line of adaptation, reform and adaptation of spaces amounts to nine hundred thousand euros (€900,000) distributed as follows, seven hundred and eighty thousand euros (€780,000.00) charged to the budget application 15004000/G/274A/76000/CAG0000001 and expenditure project 20150006, and, once the credit available in that item has been exhausted, one hundred and twenty thousand euros (€120,000.00) charged to the budget application 15004000/G/274A/76000/FI25000001 and expenditure project 20050305, of the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura for the year 2024 in the year 2025.”
