III Contest "Fund for cultural projects Kingdom of Galicia 2025"

Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries Natural persons registered in the special regime for self-employed workers, for-profit cooperative societies, and/or companies that have tax domicile in one of the town councils of the Galician territory may present their projects. Each recipient person or entity may only submit one application. This limitation applies to natural persons who are part of companies or entities, so they may not submit more than one project. Second. Purpose The purpose of this contest is to specifically support cultural projects that contribute to the knowledge and dissemination of the medieval Kingdom of Galicia. In this third edition, the contest focuses on two areas of content: A) Projects focused on the enhancement of heritage, tourism and socio-educational value of the medieval past of places, towns and cities in the province of A Coruña, through the updating of its historical story contextualized within the framework of the Kingdom of Galicia. B) Projects focused on the dissemination and enhancement of specific figures from our medieval past. Third. Regulatory bases The call will be governed by the contest rules that were published in BOP number 245, of December 20, 2024. Fourth. Amount The amount of the appropriation amounts to a total of €200,000.00, charged to item 0612/3341/479 of the ordinary Budget for 2024. 15 awards are announced, for the following maximum amounts, which will be reduced if applicable, if the budget amount of the selected project is lower: For the three projects with the highest score, 3 awards for a maximum amount of €20,000 For the next five projects in scoring, 5 prizes for a maximum amount of €14,000 For the next seven projects, 7 prizes for a maximum amount of €10,000 The prizes may be void and their amount is subject to the applicable legal withholdings. Fifth. Application submission period The application period will begin on January 10, 2025, and will end on February 11, 2025, after the publication of the extract of the call for this award in the BOP of A Coruña, through the National Subsidies Database.
