BNDS Code 808835 Text of the extract: “In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3. b and 20.8. a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): First. Beneficiaries: Natural persons, who have a recognized Minimum Degree of Dependency in grade 2 on the date of submission of applications, registered in the municipality of Valladolid, have a monthly economic income less than 2 times the IPREM (monthly) and a movable capital less than 1.5 times the IPREM (monthly), in the case of requesting functional adaptation of the home, reside in the home on a regular basis and, in the case of requesting aid for support products, if the person is a beneficiary of the municipal public home help service, that the Valladolid City Council has not been able to provide technical assistance as a complement to that service. Second: Financing of functional adaptation works of the home and acquisition of support products with the aim of promoting the personal autonomy and stay at home of dependent people. Third. The call is considered an open call, in accordance with the provisions of article 59 of the Regulation of the General Subsidies Law, approved by RD 887/2006. July 21 (hereinafter RGS), carried out in two procedures. The maximum available credit for the first procedure (applications submitted until May 31, 2025) will be 45,000 euros. The maximum available credit for the second procedure (applications submitted until September 30, 2025) will be a maximum of 15,000 euros. of the home, for a maximum amount of €1,800.00 and €1,000.00 for the acquisition of support products. The total amount of aid granted, for each beneficiary, may not exceed €2,800.00 in any case. Fifth. Application submission period: The application submission period will begin the day following the publication of an extract of the call in the BOP of Valladolid and. will be extended until September 30, 2025, with applications submitted being resolved in three procedures depending on the time of submission of the application: First procedure: Until May 31, 2025, included Second procedure Until September 30, 2025, included Sixth: The application must be accompanied by the documentation listed in Base i) of the call. A single advance payment of 100% of the subsidy will be paid. granted, freeing the beneficiaries from the establishment of guarantees.
