Extract from the call: Agreement dated December 27, 2024 of the Island Government Council, which approves the Call for emergency aid for women victims of gender violence in 2025. Beneficiaries: Women Victims of Gender Violence on the island of Gran Canaria. Purpose: The purpose of this public call is to regulate the procedure for granting emergency aid for women victims of gender violence on the island of Gran Canaria during the year 2025. Regulatory bases: General Subsidy Ordinance of the Island Council of Gran Canaria. Amount: The maximum amount of aid to be granted is the following:- Basic needs: Up to €300/month with a maximum of 12 months in family units of 1 member, an amount that will increase by €150 per additional member with a maximum of €750. - Housing needs: Up to €700/month per family unit with a maximum of 12 months.- Transportation or travel needs: Up to €100/month per family unit with a maximum of 12 months.- Health needs: Up to €1,000/year per family unit.- Training-labor needs of the applicant: Up to €300/year per woman.- School needs: of dependent sons and daughters or of the people subject to the guardianship or custody of the applicant: Up to €300/month per child.- Other needs of an extraordinary or urgent nature duly motivated when they cannot be met by the concepts: Up to €3,000/year per family unit.
