Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies and, in article 16 q) of Law 6/2011, of March 23, of Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, an extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.infosubvenciones.gob.es) and in this DOE. First. Object. The aid is intended for the establishment of young farmers in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura in accordance with article 75 of Regulation (EU) No. 2021/2115, of the European Parliament and of the Council, of December 2, 2021, and Intervention 6961.1 “Establishment of young farmers” of the CAP Strategic Plan 2023-2027, hereinafter PEPAC. Second. Beneficiaries. Natural or legal persons and jointly owned farms, registered in the Registry of Shared Ownership of Agricultural Holdings of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, who, meeting the conditions of a young farmer, establish themselves on a priority farm for the first time. Groups without legal personality will not be able to achieve the status of beneficiary, except for exploitation of shared ownership; the young farmer who, as a natural person or as a member of a legal entity, or group without personality, has been the owner of an agricultural holding with the exceptions contemplated in the Regulatory Bases and who has been a beneficiary of this aid. Third. Regulatory bases. Decree 169/2024, of December 30, which establishes the regulatory bases and rules of application of the aid regime for the establishment of young farmers and for investments in modernization and/or improvement of agricultural holdings carried out by young farmers in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura and the first calls for both aid are made. 2024-2027. Room. Amount of the call.
