Call-Bases for the Restoration and remodeling of the Cultural Heritage 2025-2026

Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the Rules-Call is published. The full text can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans). First. Beneficiaries The following may apply for subsidies: a) City councils and their autonomous bodies and other public institutions in the territory of the Lleida regions. b) The minor local entities of the territory of the Lleida regions. The requesting beneficiaries must be owners, holders of other real rights, or possessors of a movable cultural asset or an immovable asset of the Catalan cultural heritage in which the archaeological and artistic elements object of the request are integrated, and that is proposed for conservation-restoration action. In the event that the beneficiaries are not owners, they must have the document that certifies the authorization of ownership of the property to carry out the action, if it is mandatory in accordance with the applicable regulations. Institutions with which there is a specific agreement that regulates this matter may not be beneficiaries of this line of subsidies. Second. Purpose The purpose of this Call and Terms is to regulate the granting of the line of subsidies to local entities, intended for the restoration and remodeling of movable and immovable property of the cultural heritage of the Terres de Lleida. Public or privately owned assets are subject to subsidy, although in the latter case it will be necessary for there to be an agreement or agreement for the transfer of use to a public entity, and which are assigned to general use or public service, as well as those to which a law expressly grants public status. The purpose of the line is the preservation of the cultural heritage of the Terres de Lleida, which helps local entities to protect it from degradation, so that these movable and immovable assets are available for future generations. Third. Concession regime Competitive competition. The procedure for granting these is that of competitive competition and public call that must be approved by the Rector Council of the Institut d'Estudis Ilerdencs. Subsidies are granted by comparing the applications submitted in the period established in the Call-Rules and establishing a priority in accordance with the criteria established therein. Room. Regulatory regulations 1. The Plenary of the Corporation, in an ordinary session held on May 19, 2022, initially approved the modification of the General Rules regulating the granting of subsidies of the Provincial Council of Lleida and its autonomous bodies, reforming the Rules approved by the Plenary of October 15, 2020, for the purposes of incorporating the possibility of being able to process a call-bases jointly, provided that these rules do not are intended to be incorporated into the Lleida Provincial Council's own regulations, but rather have a limited temporal application and whose purpose is to specify the regulatory framework applicable to a specific procedure for granting a subsidy. These Bases were definitively approved and recorded through their publication to the BOP, No. 159, of August 19, 2022. 2. This call incorporates the bases that contain the particular regulations of the concession procedure, in accordance with the possibility provided for in article 23.2.a) LGS. Fifth. Budget credit and amount of subsidies The total amount of the call is €2,500,000, charged to budget applications 2024 070 336 7620002 - Subv. Ayunt. Invest. Rest. and remodel. Cultural Heritage and 2024 070 336 7680002 - Subv. EMD inver. rest. and remodel. cultural heritage, from the Budget of the Institut d?Estudis Ilerdencs of the Provincial Council of Lleida for the year 2024.
