Beneficiaries. Sectoral clusters may have the status of beneficiary if, on the date of application, they are validly constituted as an industrial “sectoral cluster” or of industry support services, that have a NIF and are registered in the corresponding registry of non-profit associations/foundations prior to December 31, 2024. A Sectoral Cluster is considered to be the combination in a geographical space and in a productive sector of a group of companies that meets the following Requirements: A minimum composition of 10 cluster members is required. At least 60% of the cluster members must have a work center in Cantabria. Its members, regardless of their legal form, must carry out an economic activity aimed at the market and have among their members at least one of the following entities: - public research centers. - technology centers. - public or private training centers. The members of the cluster must include companies that cover various levels of the value chain of the productive sector represented. Specifically, the activities they develop must be aimed at at least promoting a culture of cooperation between companies, as well as the exchange of knowledge, experiences and contacts and promoting the development of cooperative R&D projects. The beneficiary must be involved in collaborative exchange processes, aimed at obtaining advantages and/or benefits derived from the execution of specific projects of a differentiating nature, around a target market or market segment or a reference scientific branch or sector. The beneficiary must have a system of quotas/contributions from its associated entities. Second. Object. The purpose of this call is to grant aid aimed at promoting Sectoral Clusters located in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, which develop actions of added value for their members, with the aim of articulating and promoting elements that favor the competitiveness of the companies that comprise it. Third. Regulatory bases. Order IND/38/2023, of May 5, establishing the regulatory bases for the subsidies of the Sectoral Cluster Promotion program, promoted by SODERCAN, S.A., published on May 17, 2023 in the Official Gazette of Cantabria (BOC) No. 94. https://boc.cantabria.es/boces/verAnuncioAction.do?idAnuBlob=389155 Fourth. Amount. Aid intensity: up to 70% of the structural costs and up to 100% of the activity costs, included in the 2024 Action Report presented by the cluster, and in accordance with the breakdown of activities determined in the aid bases. Maximum aid for each cluster: €100,000. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be one month from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of Cantabria. It can be submitted electronically until 11:59 p.m. on the day the deadline ends. Sixth. Other data. Execution period for the funded actions: January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025. Eligible expenses: 1. Personnel expenses. 2. General expenses of the requesting entity. 3. Costs of collaborations, technical assistance. 4. Financial costs. 5. Cost of preparing a certificate of compliance with the legal payment deadlines and supporting report, prepared by the auditor. 6. Expenses of marketing and communication activities. 7. Training. 8. Commercial travel expenses incurred by the requesting entity. 9. Expenses for attending fairs with a stand and/or visits to fairs/congresses. 10. Hiring of technical assistance and external collaborations for the development of cooperative R&D projects developed by the cluster/association. 11. Value Added Tax supported by the cluster.
