SUBSIDIES FOR THE GRANTING OF AID TO EMPTY HOMES FOR RENT AT A RATED PRICE IN THE VIGO CITY COUNCIL BY 2025

Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be found in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/). First. Beneficiaries: Natural persons who have the status of owners or usufructuaries of a home, who promote and execute or have executed in the years 2024 and 2025 the actions to put their home under rental regime at an appraised price for 5 years and meet the requirements set forth in the regulatory bases to achieve such status. Second. Purpose: To cover part of the expenses to equip the home, carry out works, or draw up the mandatory Energy Efficiency Certificate, and/or to contract risk or multi-risk insurance for the duration of the rental contract. Third. Regulatory bases: The regulatory bases are published in the Pontevedra BOP No. 11, dated January 17, 2025 and on the website and transparency portal of the Vigo City Council (https://sede.vigo.org/expedientes/avisos). Room. Amount: The maximum amount of aid will be determined based on the type of subsidy requested: Up to a maximum of 50% of the real and effective amount of the work, equipment and fees, up to a maximum of 8,000 euros for all of these concepts described with a maximum aid fee of 500 euros. Up to a maximum of 100 euros for the drafting of the EEC, including VAT and a maximum of up to 100% of the actual amount. Up to a maximum of 300 euros per year for multi-risk insurance and a maximum of up to 100% of the actual amount. Fifth. Application submission deadline: From the day following the publication of this extract in the Pontevedra BOP through the BDNS and will end on 10/01/2025. Sixth. Granting of subsidies: The granting of subsidies will be through non-competitive competition, after verification of compliance with the requirements established in the bases and provided that sufficient budgetary credit is available. The selection of beneficiaries will be in strict order of presentation of the application and all the complete documentation referred to in Base 7 through the standardized forms.
