Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Youth Associations that meet the following requirements may obtain the aid managed through this call: - Have their headquarters in a municipality in the province of Valladolid with less than 20,000 inhabitants. - Have updated Statutes in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 1/2002, Regulating the Right of Association. - Be registered in the Registry of Youth Associations of the Junta de Castilla y León, before the end of the application submission period. - Have a Board of Directors in which half of its members do not exceed the age of thirty years at the end of the application submission period (art. 52.1 c) of Law 11/2002, of July 10, on Youth of Castilla y León). To determine the population of the municipalities, the latest data published by the National Institute of Statistics on the final date of submission of applications will be taken into account. Second. Object. For the year 2025, on a competitive basis, subsidies are being called for youth associations in the province of Valladolid to support the implementation of activity programs that develop actions of general interest, especially included in the VI Provincial Youth Plan of the Provincial Council of Valladolid 2024-2027. These activity programs will be developed in municipalities in the province of Valladolid. Said aid falls within the measures to promote associations contemplated in article 31 of Organic Law 1/2002, of March 22, Regulating the Right of Association, and in compliance with the provisions of point 2 of article 76 of Law 11/2002, of July 10, on Youth of Castilla y León. Third. Regulatory bases. General Ordinance on Subsidies of the Provincial Council of Valladolid (B.O.P. of the Province of Valladolid of March 6, 2006). Room. Amount. The total amount of the subsidies may not exceed the amount of seventeen thousand euros. The maximum amount of subsidy per Youth Association may not exceed the amount of 1,500.00 euros. Fifth. Application submission deadline. It will end 20 business days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valladolid, the medium in which successive publications will be made. Sixth. Other information of interest. Eligible expenses: Those determined in Base 5 of the call. Compatibility: According to Base 7. Applications: They will be presented in the terms established in Base 9 of the call. Documentation: Applications must be accompanied by the following documentation: 1) Photocopy of the CIF and Statutes of the requesting Entity. 2) Nominal list of the members of the Board of Directors with indication of the position and photocopy of the D.N.I. of each of them. 3) Responsible declaration, signed by the President, stating that the Association has more than 70% of young people under thirty years of age among its members. 4) Accreditation of being registered in the Registry of Youth Associations of the Junta de Castilla y León. 5) Detailed project or program of the activities for which the subsidy is requested, which will include, in a maximum of 15 pages, the following sections: - Foundation. - Goals. - Activities. - Schedule of their execution. - Beneficiaries (distinguish between the number of members and non-members who will benefit directly). - Organizations (if applicable) with which the project will be collaborated (if applicable, collaboration agreements or statements issued by the collaborating entities will be attached). - Project financing. - Planned evaluation. - Advertising. 6) Report, if applicable, of activities carried out in 2024, with a breakdown of the expenses incurred in each of the activities and express mention of those that are carried out with the collaboration of the Provincial Council (only those associations that have not been beneficiaries of the previous call for 2024 must present it). Evaluation criteria: Established in Base 13. Payment method: Once the call has been resolved and so that the Associations can finance the implementation of the eligible activities, 100% of the subsidy awarded will be released as "to be justified".
