Official description of the call

First.- Beneficiaries Associations that meet the following conditions will be eligible for financial subsidies: INDIVIDUALIZED SOCIAL EMERGENCY ECONOMIC BENEFIT Those people who, being in a situation of serious need, meet the following requirements may apply for these aid: 1. That the beneficiary does not have sufficient resources or income to face the expenses derived from the emergency situation. 2. That the annual per capita income of the members of the family or cohabitation unit to which the applicant belongs does not exceed 100% of the current IPREM, calculated annually with twelve payments. 3. Be registered and have effective residence in the municipality for at least six months uninterrupted and immediately prior to the date of the application, with the exception of situations of gender violence, or other accredited situations that justify residence and help. 4. Have duly justified previous aid, if applicable. 5. Not have movable and/or immovable property other than that of the habitual residence over which there is a right of ownership, possession and/or usufruct or any other, which, due to its characteristics, valuation or possibility of exploitation and/or sale, indicates the existence of sufficient means to meet the need for which the aid has been requested. 6. That it has the technical report in which the need for the action object of the aid is determined and states that all existing resources aimed at resolving the need by municipal technical services have been exhausted. 7.
