Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: Associations of mothers and fathers of students from public primary and secondary education centers in the city of Sabadell, which organize and carry out extracurricular activities and meet the requirements established in article 4 of the regulatory bases, may be beneficiaries of the subsidies: a) The AMPAs must be duly constituted and registered in the corresponding administrative registry. In addition, AMPAs must be registered in the Municipal Registry of Citizen Entities, in the case of entities domiciled in Sabadell. If the entity is in the registration process, the application can be submitted stating this circumstance, but in no case can it be a beneficiary of the subsidy if it does not prove final registration before the resolution of the call. b) They must be AMPAs of public primary or secondary education centers in the city, which have: b.1) A specific percentage of families receiving scholarships for the acquisition of textbooks and school supplies that will be established in the corresponding call. Or b.2) With a specific percentage of families receiving scholarships for the acquisition of textbooks and school materials established in the corresponding call, and who at the same time have a percentage of school students with NEEDS (Specific Educational Needs derived from Disadvantaged Social Condition) recognized by the EAP that will also be established in the corresponding call. Following the rules, this call establishes the percentages of the requirements that the beneficiaries must meet in the following terms: a) They must be AMPAs of public primary education centers that have 45% of students receiving aid in materials and textbooks or centers with 35% of students receiving aid in materials and books and that at the same time have 15% NEEDS (Specific educational needs derived from disadvantaged social condition) recognized by the EAP (Psychopedagogical Advisory and Guidance Teams of the Generalitat of Catalonia). b) These must be AMPAs of public secondary education centers that have 25% of students receiving aid in materials and textbooks or centers with 15% of students receiving adjustments and materials and books and that at the same time have 5% NEEDS (Specific educational needs derived from disadvantaged social status) recognized by the EAP (Psychopedagogical Advisory and Guidance Teams of the Generalitat of Catalonia). Second. Purpose: The public purpose of the subsidies is to support and encourage student participation in these extracurricular activities, as well as to guarantee equity in access to them. Third. Regulatory bases. General Subsidies Ordinance approved by the Plenary Session of the Sabadell City Council on December 23, 2008 and published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Barcelona number 10 of January 12, 2009. Specific regulatory bases of the various types of subsidies granted by the Department of Education of the Sabadell City Council, approved by the Plenary Session of the Corporation in a session of February 28, 2019. By Decree number 4374/2019, of April 25, the consolidation of the regulatory bases with their modifications into a single text has been approved, which have been published in the BOPB dated May 16, 2019. Amount: The maximum endowment for this call will be 82,000.00 euros. Fifth. Application submission period: The application submission period will be from March 3 to 21, 2025, both included. Sixth. Other information: For the processing of applications, it will be mandatory to provide the documentation detailed in article 6 of the specific bases mentioned above.
