Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. Active farmer. For the definition and requirements of an active farmer, the provisions of Chapter I of Title II of Royal Decree 1048/2022, of December 27, which establishes the excluded activities and exceptions to the obligations of an active farmer, will apply. Second. Purpose To establish the provisions for the application of interventions in the form of direct payments charged to the EAGF, within the framework of the CAP Strategic Plan in Spain 2023-2027 (hereinafter, PEPAC), which are called for the year 2025, in accordance with Royal Decree 1048/2022, of December 27, on the application, starting in 2023, of interventions in the form of direct payments and the establishment of common requirements within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy, and the regulation of the single application for the integrated management and control system, which must be made by applicants whose farm is located in Castilla-La Mancha or, where appropriate, the majority of the agricultural area thereof and in the event of not having agricultural area where the greatest number of animals are found, who wish to apply for some or all of the following aid: a) Decoupled direct payments. 1. Basic income aid for sustainability, established in section 1 of Chapter II of Title III of Royal Decree 1048/2022, of December 27. 2. Complementary redistributive aid to income for sustainability, established in section 2 of Chapter II of Title III of Royal Decree 1048/2022, of December 27. 3. Complementary income aid for young farmers, established in section 3 of Chapter II of Title III of Royal Decree 1048/2022, of December 27. 4. Regimes in favor of the climate and the environment, established in section 4 of Chapter II of Title III of Royal Decree 1048/2022, of December 27: a. Extensive grazing, mowing and biodiversity on Wet Pasture surfaces. b. Extensive grazing, mowing and biodiversity on Mediterranean Pasture surfaces. c. Rotations and direct sowing on dry farmland. d. Rotations and direct sowing in humid dryland croplands. and. Rotations and direct sowing on irrigated cropland. F. Vegetable covers and inert covers in woody crops on flat lands. g. Vegetable covers and inert covers in woody crops on medium slope lands. h. Vegetable covers and inert covers in woody crops on steep terrain and terraces. Yo. Biodiversity spaces in farmland and permanent crops. b) Associated direct payments. 1. Direct payments associated with farmers, established in section 1 of Chapter III of Title III of Royal Decree 1048/2022, of December 27: a. Aid associated with the sustainable production of proteins of plant origin. Protein Plan. b. Aid associated with sustainable rice production. c. Aid associated with the sustainable production of sugar beets. d. Aid associated with the sustainable production of tomatoes for processing. and. Aid associated with nut producers in areas at risk of desertification. F. Aid associated with traditional raisin production. g. Specific payment for cotton cultivation. h. Help associated with olive groves with specific difficulties and high environmental value. 2. Direct payments associated with ranchers. established in section 2 of Chapter III of Title III of Royal Decree 1048/2022, of December 27: a. Associated aid for extensive beef cattle farmers. b. Associated help for fattening calves on the birth farm. c. Associated aid for sustainable calf fattening. d. Associated help for the sustainable production of cow's milk. and. Associated aid for extensive and semi-extensive sheep and goat meat farmers. F. Associated aid for the sustainable production of sheep and goat milk. g.
