Official description of the call
FIRST.- BENEFICIARIES: Any fence and balcony in Cordoba that meets the necessary conditions of conservation and care, that composes its ornamentation exclusively with natural and floral elements of the time, in pots or vines with suitable containers and that is located within the historic center, in accordance with the limitation established in the Rules of the Call, may participate in the Contest. SECOND.- OBJECT: The Hon. Córdoba City Council calls, within the framework of its powers, the Municipal Contest for Grilles and Balconies 2025, with the objectives of promoting its continuity and integrating it into the framework of the May Festival. THIRD.- REGULATORY BASES: General framework that regulates the call for the 2025 Municipal Contest for Railings and Balconies of the Córdoba City Council. The aforementioned bases can be consulted on the Municipal Notice Board and on the Córdoba City Council website. FOURTH.- AMOUNT: The maximum total amount to be distributed in prizes and second prizes will be 18,000 euros charged to the budget application ZC20 3381 48100 0 of the 2025 Municipal Budget. The Hon. Córdoba City Council will contribute by means of second prize for participation an amount that will be €400 or €500 per fence, depending on the size and number of fences or balconies presented, this amount being compatible with the achievement of any of the other established prizes. These amounts will be paid according to the applications submitted and following comparative criteria. Likewise, in accordance with the provisions of the eighth base of the call, the following prizes will be awarded: 1st ....................................... €900. 2nd ........................................ €750. 3rd ........................................ €600. 4th ........................................ €400. 5th ........................................ €300. 6th ........................................ €200. Only a maximum number of 40 Railings and Balconies will be admitted to the Contest and they have at least an average of a minimum of 15.00 points, in accordance with the criteria established in the Contest Rules. FIFTH.- PRESENTATION OF APPLICATIONS: It will be 10 business days from the day following the publication of this Edict in the Official Gazette of the Province of Córdoba.
