Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. To participate in the call, it will be necessary for the participating education centers to meet the following conditions: - Be public educational centers for early childhood, primary and secondary education of the Ames City Council. - Design an audiovisual, artistic, technological or maker project carried out within the educational field with innovative free themes. - Not have debts in the executive payment period with the Ames City Council at the time of the concession, unless the payment of said debts were guaranteed, in accordance with the provisions of the Law Regulating Local Treasury, as well as being up to date in the fulfillment of their tax duties with the State Administration, the Autonomous Community of Galicia and with Social Security. - Not incur any of the circumstances determined in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Disabling Subsidies to obtain the status of beneficiary. - They must be up to date with payment of the obligations for reimbursement of any subsidy or prize previously granted by this City Council. Second. Object. These awards are intended to offer the Amiense educational community a basis to implement training, entrepreneurship and innovation. Third. Regulatory bases. Agreement of the Local Government Board of 06.02.2025, by which the 3rd Edition of the Innovames Educational Projects Awards 2025 is announced. Fourth. Amount. The “III Innovames Educational Projects Awards 2025” are conceived with the objective of offering the Amiense educational community a basis to implement training, entrepreneurship and innovation. For this, in this edition the following prizes are distinguished: First prize: 1,500 euros Second prize: 1,250 euros Third prize: 1,000 euros Fourth prize: 750 euros Fifth prize: 500 euros Sixth prize: 250 euros Seventh prize: 125 euros Eighth prize: 125 euros. No educational center may receive more than one prize established in the first three positions. If a center is classified with a project in first, second or third place, and at the same time submits another project to the competition with the option to be awarded, that second project will be eligible for the corresponding prize according to its classification starting with the fourth prize. Fifth. Place and deadline for submitting applications. The deadline for submitting candidatures will be from the day following the publication of the extract of these rules in the Official Gazette of the province of A Coruña until February 20, 2025 inclusive. Applications submitted outside the deadline indicated in the previous paragraph will not be accepted. Applications may be submitted at the electronic headquarters of the Ames City Council (https://sede.concellodeames.gal/eadmin/sede.do). It may also be submitted in the electronic Registry of the State General Access Point (REG), which can be accessed from the link available on the electronic headquarters of the Ames City Council. To request participation in the awards, the following documentation must be attached: - Annex I of this call duly completed - Photocopy of the DNI of the person representing the center who makes the request - Certificate from the secretary of the center indicating the ownership of the management of the school center. - Photocopy of the NIF of the educational center. - Census declaration of registration in the IAE. - Application report: A summary report of the project that supports your application must be attached. The report should not exceed 6 pages and must contain the following information: a) Name of the center presenting the project. b) Author or authors of the project. c) Explanation of the project d) Supporting audiovisual material (videos, photos, etc.) e) Technologies used (if applicable) - Photography or graphic representation of the project. 1080x1080dpi format. Candidates must record in their report all the issues they consider appropriate for the evaluation of their proposal. Each participating educational center may send a maximum of 2 projects. Likewise, applications may be submitted, along with the indicated documentation, in person from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., in the existing municipal registries at: - Town Hall House in Bertamiráns - Municipal Offices in Milladoiro In accordance with article 14.2 of Law 39/2015, of 1
