Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. All students enrolled in 6th grade of primary school, 4th grade of ESO, 2nd grade of Baccalaureate or any intermediate or higher level training cycle at any of the Palafrugell educational centers during this 2024-2025 academic year can participate in this contest. Second. Object. The object of the competition is the preparation of a research work, written in Catalan, based on any aspect related to Palafrugell. As for Baccalaureate and Training Cycles, the scope of work can be expanded in the Baix Empordà region, as long as these jobs have some connection with the municipality of Palafrugell. Third. Regulatory bases General rules governing the granting and justification of municipal subsidies 2025. https://ssl4.ddgi.cat/bopV1/pdf/2025/16/2025160483.pdf Fourth. Amount. The prizes will be awarded for one piece of work for each school center and will consist of: Primary: 200 euros Secondary 1st prize: 400 euros Secondary 2nd prize: 100 euros Training cycles and Baccalaureate: 400 euros The amount of the prizes will be given with exchangeable vouchers to computer, sports and bookstores in Palafrugell that will be detailed at the time of the award. The expense caused by these subsidies is charged to budget application 33.3200.22610, up to a limit of 5,500 euros. Fifth. Deadline to submit applications. The opening of the call is the date of publication of these rules and the deadline for submitting the works is set on March 31 for primary works and March 14 for secondary works. All works must be posted in the Education Area drive. Secondary school projects must be accompanied by a brief summary of between 10 and 15 lines. Sixth.
