FIRST. Approve the call and the regulatory bases for the granting of aid aimed at the acquisition of vaccines not covered by the current public health system, and recommended by the Spanish Pediatric Association for the year 2024, which are transcribed below: "REGULATORY BASES FOR THE GRANT OF AID FOR THE ACQUISITION OF VACCINES NOT COVERED BY THE PUBLIC HEALTH SYSTEM. FIRST.- Purpose of the call. The City Council of l'Alqueria de la Comtessa calls for aid aimed at the acquisition of vaccines not covered by the current public health system, and recommended by the Spanish Association of Pediatrics, specifically, those referring to: Rotavirus (Eructa Teq or others), Meningococcus B (Bexsero or others) Meningitis ACWY (Nimenrix or others) and Human papilloma (Gardasil, Cervarix or others). others), administered and purchased during the year 2024. The processing of the aid will be carried out through a direct granting procedure in accordance with that provided for by Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies and in the execution bases of the Municipal Budget SECOND - Financing The total amount of aid to be granted amounts to a maximum of €2,100.00 (extendable by depending on budget availability). This expense is financed from budget item 311-480.00 of the Municipal Budget for the 2025 year. aid to fathers, mothers and/or guardians or persons in charge due to guardianship or foster care formalized before a public authority with jurisdiction over the protection of minors as long as they are registered in the municipality of l'Alqueria de la Comtessa before 01/01/2024. Applicants (both father and mother, or, if applicable, only the person who has custody of the minor) will have to be up to date with their tax obligations with the City Council of l'Alqueria de la Comtessa. the Comtessa, as well as with the rest of the Public Administrations at the time of the end of the application submission period. FIFTH - Form and deadline for submitting applications 5.1. Applications will have to be submitted through the form that will be provided to all interested persons in the Entry Registry of the Alqueria de la Comtessa City Council by any of the means permitted by article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Procedure. Common Administrative of Public Administrations. 5.2. The deadline for submitting applications will be 10 business days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the BOP of Valencia. 5.3. The application must be accompanied by: a) Photocopy of the NIF/DNI of the applicants, as well as the Family Book. b) Photocopy of the SIP of the minor. Third party maintenance sheet duly signed by the financial institution in which the payment of the father/mother/guardian's aid is to be formalized where the aid is desired, if applicable. e) Certificate of registration or authorization from the City Council for verification. f) Original of the invoice for the acquisition of the vaccines in the current year. SIXTH - Award procedure. City Council, in the event that it is necessary, the Mayor, as the competent body, will proceed to resolve the procedure by awarding and denying the aid. It will be verified that all applications meet the required requirements, giving five business days for interested parties to correct errors or provide documentation, if required. The Resolution adopted by the Mayor will be contestable in the manner and in accordance with the resources provided for by the legislation on Local Regime. SEVENTH - Period of the procedure. 7.1. The maximum period to resolve the award of the aid will be three months, counting from the month following the submission of the application. 7.2. If after the maximum period of the procedure an express agreement has not been issued or notified and published, the applicants may consider their claims rejected due to administrative silence.
