BDNS (identif): 815176 Extract from the Resolution of the Digital Agency of Andalusia, which calls for the granting of subsidies, on a non-competitive basis, for the revitalization of digital skills centers during the financial year 2025 under the Order of November 9, 2021. The granting of the line of subsidies, under a non-competitive competition regime, aimed at non-profit associative entities in disadvantaged areas of Andalusia in a situation of digital divide, for the revitalization of digital skills centers, is called for execution in the year 2025. Legal regime This call will be governed by the provisions of the Order of November 9, 2021, of the Ministry of the Presidency, Public Administration and Interior, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies, under a non-competitive competition regime, aimed at municipalities and autonomous local entities of Andalusia in a situation of digital divide and at non-profit associative entities in disadvantaged areas of Andalusia, for the revitalization of digital skills centers (BOJA no. 218, of November 12, 2021). Third. Eligible concepts. Eligible concepts are digital awareness and training actions, carried out by the dynamic staff of the digital skills centers, necessary to develop the digital skills of citizens in a situation of digital divide in disadvantaged areas, with the aim of contributing to the digital transformation of Andalusia. Room. Beneficiary entities. 1. Non-profit associative entities that meet the following requirements may apply for the subsidies that are the subject of this call: a) Be legally constituted as a non-profit associative entity and registered in the corresponding public registry based on their legal nature and scope of action. b) Having been a beneficiary under the immediately previous call for subsidies aimed at revitalizing the network of centers in the same disadvantaged area. 2.
