Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. Non-profit associations that support or own music bands in the province of Valladolid, except those in Valladolid capital, as long as they meet the requirements established in the fourth base. Second. Object. Contribute to its operation, to the acquisition of instruments and uniforms, and to the carrying out of musical activities and musical training. Third. Regulatory bases. General Ordinance on Subsidies of the Provincial Council of Valladolid (B.O.P. of Valladolid of March 6, 2006). Room. Amount. ? Total amount: 25,000.00 euros. ? Maximum amount per beneficiary: 6,000.00 euros. Fifth. Application submission deadline. 30 business days from the day following the publication of this extract in the B.O.P. from Valladolid. Sixth. Other information of interest. - Eligible expenses: expenses related to training activities and musical performances, as well as those for the acquisition of instruments and uniforms. The costs of transportation, maintenance and protocol attention for carrying out activities will also be eligible. The entire subsidy cannot be applied to operating expenses. Expenses excluded by the LGS will not be eligible for subsidies. - Compatibility: yes, although the three lines of subsidy managed by the Education and Culture Service of the Provincial Council of Valladolid aimed at cultural associations in 2025 will be incompatible with each other. - Applications: electronic headquarters. - Documentation: that provided for in the tenth base of the call. - Assessment criteria: number of members of the music bands, expected spending budget for the year 2025, population of the municipality in which they are based, and having a music school associated with the band. - Payment method: after justifying the expense. - Form of justification: through the presentation of a report and a classified list of expenses, in the terms provided in the twentieth base of the call. - Maximum justification period: November 20, 2025. Once the maximum justification period has elapsed without having submitted it, the beneficiaries will be required to present it within the non-extendable period of 10 business days, with the warning that if they do not do so, the right to collect the subsidy will be lost.
