BDNS (Identif.): 816202 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database, at the address below and in this BOJA: (https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/index) First. Call. For the financial year 2025, on a competitive basis, the granting of subsidies, by the Andalusian Youth Institute, to Youth Associations, Federations of Youth Associations, Youth Sections of other Entities and Groups of Youth Correspondents, for carrying out actions in the field of youth. Second. Object. Subsidies for carrying out actions, aimed at Andalusian youth, by Youth Associations, Federations of Youth Associations, Youth Sections of other Entities and Groups of youth correspondents, in some of the following areas: 1.-Healthy living, knowledge of the natural environment and sustainability. 2.-Entrepreneurship, youth employability and innovation. 3.-Equality, diversity-LGTBI, tolerance, inclusion of youth with disabilities and prevention of gender violence. 4.-Youth volunteering and participation. 5.-Culture, creativity, art and youth talent. Two modalities are established: - Modality A: Subsidies for youth participation entities at local or provincial level, registered with such scope in the Census of Youth Participation Entities of Andalusia, by virtue of the provisions of Decree 247/2005, of November 8, which regulates the census of youth participation entities of Andalusia, as well as for Groups of Youth Correspondents. - Modality B: Subsidies for regional youth participation entities, registered with such scope in the Census of Youth Participation Entities of Andalusia, by virtue of the provisions of Decree 247/2005, of November 8, for carrying out actions aimed at young people from at least four provinces. Third. Beneficiaries. The following may be beneficiaries of these subsidies: - Youth Associations. - Federations constituted by these. - Youth Sections of other Entities. - Groups of Youth Correspondents. Room. Regulatory Bases. This call will be governed by the Order of the Ministry of Social Inclusion, Youth, Families and Equality of May 23, 2024, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies, on a competitive basis, by the Andalusian Youth Institute, to Youth Associations, Federations of Youth Associations, Youth Sections of other entities and Groups of Correspondents Youth, to carry out actions related to youth. For the financial year 2025, the financing of these subsidies will be made from the credits entered in budget positions 1832020000 G/32F/48500/00 01 and 1832010000 G/32F/48501/00 01 of the budgetary expenditure program of the Andalusian Youth Institute, for the maximum total amounts of €200,000 and €66,250, respectively. The amount of €200,000 is distributed in a maximum amount of €25,000 for each of the eight territorial areas established in section 2.d) of the summary table, all in accordance with the provisions of article 9.3, second paragraph, of the Order of April 6, 2018, of the Ministry of Finance and Public Administration, which regulates the budgetary management procedure of public spending derived from the subsidies granted by the Administration of the Junta de Andalucía, and its administrative and special regime agencies. Sixth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be fifteen business days, counting from the day following the publication in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía of this extract provided for in art. 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Seventh. Other data. Both the application, as well as the form of allegations, acceptance, reformulation and presentation of documents, to which the Order of the Ministry of Social Inclusion, Youth, Families and Equality of May 23, 2024, cited above, refers, are published
