Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 B and 20.8 a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.infosubvenciones.gob.es). First. Object. The purpose of this extract is to establish the call for the aid line for projects included in the Investments in the Creation and Development of Non-Agricultural Companies and Activities in Rural Areas. This call is published under the Order of November 18, 2020, which regulates the aid system under the LEADER methodology and the management procedure, for the rural development programming period 2014-2020, of submeasure 19.2 Support for carrying out operations, in accordance with the Participatory Local Development Strategy. The call will be applicable in the geographical scope of the La Siberia region in Extremadura, contemplating 18 municipalities: Baterno, Casas de Don Pedro, Castilblanco, Esparragosa de Lares, Fuenlabrada de los Montes, Garbayuela, Garlitos, Helechosa de los Montes, Herrer a del Duque, Navalvillar de Pela, Puebla de Alcocer, Risco, Santic-Spiritus, Siruela, Talarrubia, Tamurejo, Valdecaballeros and Villarta de los Montes. The purpose of the aid system within the framework of the Leader axis is the application of innovative strategies through the LEADER methodology, thus contributing to the long-term sustainable development of rural territories, in addition to contributing to the improvement of governance and mobilization of the endogenous development potential of rural areas. Second. Beneficiaries and/or final recipients of the aid. The beneficiaries and/or final recipients of the aid will be natural or legal persons, farmers or members of a family unit of an agricultural holding, young farmers already established, communities of property or other communal entities in accordance with the Order of November 18, 2020, which regulates the aid system under the LEADER methodology and the management procedure. for the 2014-2020 rural development programming period. In the case of companies, only those that meet the requirements established by the Commission to be micro, small and medium-sized companies in accordance with Commission recommendation 2003/361/EC may receive the subsidies or subject of this call. Third. Regulatory bases. Order of November 18, 2020, which regulates the aid system under the LEADER methodology and the management procedure, for the rural development programming period 2014-2020. Room. Amount. For the call for the indicated aid, an amount of 65,000.00 euros will be allocated to be paid from Budget Application 120030000/G/314A/78900/FR14190200/20160174, in accordance with the credit availability recorded in the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community. Up to 75% of the eligible investment may be subsidized and with a maximum limit of 30,000.00 euros per project, being considered de minimis. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications is established at 10 calendar days from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of Extremadura.
