Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: Cultural or neighborhood associations, festival commissions and other entities or groups in Ames may be eligible for this aid in kind, or those that organize activities aimed at municipal socio-cultural revitalization, and that meet the general requirements indicated below: General requirements The beneficiaries of aid convened by the Ames City Council must in all cases meet the following requirements: a) Not be subject to any of the cases referred to in sections 2 and 3. of article 13 of Law 38/2033, of November 17, General Subsidies. b) Be up to date with duties with the Tax Agency, with Social Security and with the Ames City Council. c) Not have pending justification for any previous subsidy, unless an extension was granted. Second. Purpose: The purpose of this call is to establish the criteria and procedures for granting performances by traditional music groups or choirs of the Ames City Council to associations, festival commissions and other entities or groups of Ames, or that organize activities aimed at municipal sociocultural revitalization held in the Ames City Hall in the year 2025. Third. Regulatory bases: Agreement of the Local Government Board of February 20, 2025, which calls for in-kind aid for celebrations or activities aimed at municipal sociocultural revitalization held by cultural or neighborhood associations, festival committees and other entities or groups of Ames, or that organize activities aimed at municipal sociocultural revitalization in the year 2025, in accordance with the principles of objectivity, concurrence and publicity. Room. Amount: The amount of the appropriation amounts to a total of €24,000.00, charged to budget application 338-22609 with the following breakdown: In order to optimize resources and to guarantee the stability and viability of the budgets, maximum financial allocations are set by parishes. Cultural or neighborhood associations and festival commissions that organize the celebrations within the same parish will have to coordinate with each other and make their programming request in compliance with the requirements and regulations set out below: Parishes with less than 500 inhabitants: Maximum 2 performances. Budget limit €1,000 Parishes of 500 - 3000 inhabitants: Maximum 5 actions. Budget limit €3,000 Parishes with more than 3,000 inhabitants: Maximum 8 actions. Budget limit €4,000 Entities organizing events of sociocultural interest outside of popular celebrations: 1 performance. Budget limit €500 In the event that the sum of the amount of the awarded actions does not exceed the maximum budget of the call (€24,000), with the surplus new applications submitted after the deadline may be evaluated, even exceeding the maximum number of actions and budget limit assigned to each parish as established in this base. These new applications will be resolved through the granting procedure under an individualized evaluation regime, in order of entry into the registry. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: Two deadlines will be opened to request these actions: 1st deadline. For holidays and events that are celebrated in the months of January to August, you must make the request from the day following the publication of the extract in the Official Gazette of the Province until May 15. 2nd term. For parties and events held in the months of September to December, you must apply before July 31.
