Beneficiaries. Companies (including self-employed or self-employed persons, as well as associations and foundations that carry out economic activities), regardless of their legal form and size, that are validly incorporated at the time of submission of the application, are holders of an economic activity in Cantabria and comply with the rest of the requirements established in the call, may obtain the status of beneficiary person. Applicants must have a work center in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria and carry out from the region the activities that may be eligible for a subsidy within the framework of this aid program. Second. Object. Promote the internationalization of companies and the national and international promotion of Cantabria products and services through the support of actions for prospecting new markets and the establishment of contacts with potential clients, supplier companies, partners, importers, distributors and other companies outside Cantabria. All actions must be carried out within the eligibility period between October 11, 2024 and October 10, 2025. All actions must refer to the promotion of products and services of the beneficiary and her work center in Cantabria, and be part of the commercial promotion plan that has been designed in accordance with the following lines. - LINE 1: Participation in fairs, congresses, business meetings, specialized forums and organization of promotional events or promotion at points of sale with OWN EXHIBITOR, held outside Cantabria. - LINE 2: Visits to fairs, congresses, business meetings, specialized forums of the sector to which the applicant company belongs that take place outside Cantabria, as well as commercial trips, commercial missions and international reverse missions. - LINE 3: Expenses for prospecting, commercial promotion and specialized training of an international nature. - LINE 4: Homologations, trademark registration and industrial property of products and/or services that are manufactured in Cantabria, that are owned by the beneficiary, and their importance for access to national and international markets/clients is duly justified. - LINE 5: Commercial implementation outside Spanish territory. - LINE 6: Participation in international tenders called by public entities or multilateral organizations. - LINE 7: ROAC auditor report (mandatory for the justification of expenses). Third. Regulatory bases. Order IND/10/2024, of March 18, establishing the regulatory bases of the SODERCAN subsidy program called COMMERCIAL PROMOTION PLANS OF CANTABRIA COMPANIES, published on April 4, 2024 in the Official Gazette of Cantabria number 65 and modified on May 16, 2024 in the Official Gazette of Cantabria number 94. Amount. The maximum subsidy intensity will be up to 70% of the total eligible budget, with a maximum amount of 50,000 euros per beneficiary. With the following maximum aid amounts per line: • Travel fund: - For trips in Europe and North Africa: €1,100. - For trips outside Europe or Russia: €2,000. In the case of trips made during participation in fairs, congresses, business meetings, specialized forums, organization of promotional events or promotion at a point of sale WITH OWN EXHIBITOR: - For trips within Spanish territory: €800 - For trips to Europe and North Africa: €1,300 - For trips to destinations outside Europe or Russia: €2,300 In the case of trips, where more than one destination country is combined in the same trip: - For trips to Europe and North Africa: €1,450 - For trips to destinations outside Europe or Russia: €2,900 For individual commercial trips, a maximum of 6 trips per applicant are allowed and in no case will more than 3 trips be admitted.
