Rules for the Call: 1.- PURPOSE AND RECIPIENT ENTITIES OF THE CALL. EXCLUSIONS The purpose of these Bases is to establish the specific rules within the framework of the General Subsidies Ordinance of this Provincial Council, to regulate access to public subsidies, under a regime of ordinary competitive competition, of the non-profit Cultural Associations of the province of Cáceres whose purpose is the execution of projects and/or cultural events programmed by them in municipalities of the Province of Cáceres, which take place during 2025. ENTITIES RECIPIENTS: Cultural Associations of the province of Cáceres. Cultural Projects and/or Events, for the purposes of this call, are understood to be: Performances, meetings or representations of theatre, music, dance, cinema or literature, whether or not they are competitive in nature, organized by the Associations, carried out in a specific period of the year for one or several days and may be held in one or more places, at coincident times or not, with the purpose of promoting and disseminating music, cinema, theatre, dance and literature through their programmes, provided that the activities are intended for the general public and are free of charge. Each Association can only submit a single application. EXCLUSIONS The following are expressly excluded: Cultural Associations of the province of Cáceres that receive subsidies from the Provincial Council of Cáceres, through direct concession with the purpose of organizing cultural projects and/or events programmed by them in municipalities of the Province of Cáceres, which are developed during 2025, which were contemplated in the Budget of the Provincial Council of Cáceres for 2025. 2.- BUDGET ALLOCATION: This Call for Subsidies is included in the General Budget of the Provincial Council of Cáceres for the year 2025, in application 05.3340.48310, with a total amount of €250,000.00. 3.- REQUIREMENTS OF APPLICANTS: Non-profit Cultural Associations that meet the following requirements may apply for these aids: - Be legally constituted and registered in the Registry of associations of the Government of Extremadura. - Have registered office in the province of Cáceres. In the case of associations that do not have a registered office in the province of Cáceres, but do have a permanent delegation, a document proving the registration of the delegation in the corresponding registry of associations must be provided and stated in their Statutes. - Carry out the event or project in Cáceres or in any municipality in the province of Cáceres. - Expressly state in its statutes, within the article relating to the purposes of the association, objectives of a cultural nature. - That they are not subject to any prohibition to obtain the status of beneficiary of public subsidies contemplated in article 13 of the LGS. - Be up to date in compliance with obligations with Social Security and tax obligations with the State Treasury and Excma. These certifications may be accredited by the requesting party or obtained by the Provincial Council with prior signed authorization. 4.- APPLICATIONS This Call will be processed electronically through the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Cáceres. Electronic processing will be mandatory in all phases of the procedure, including, where appropriate, the refund phase. The Provincial Council of Cáceres will also carry out all its procedures electronically, through the electronic headquarters, unless due to exceptional and motivated circumstances it has to resort to other substitute procedures, with due guarantees for all parties. The applications, communications and other required documentation will be presented at the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Cáceres, signed electronically, where their delivery will be formalized in the electronic registry created and regulated by the Regulations of the General Registry of Entry and Exit of the Excma. Provincial Council of Cáceres, published in the B.O.P. number 74, of April 21, 2010, modified by Plenary Agreement of June 27, 2013 and whose modification was published in BOP no. 163 of August 23, not accepting any application that has entry by any other means.
