Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: Existing cultural or neighborhood associations in the Ames City Council that meet both the general and specific requirements of the call indicated below will be eligible for these subsidies. General requirements The beneficiaries of subsidies convened by the Ames City Council must in all cases meet the following requirements: a) Not be subject to any of the cases referred to in sections 2 and 3 of article 13 of Law 38/2033, of November 17, General Subsidies. b) Be up to date with your obligations with the Tax Agency, with Social Security and with the Ames City Council. c) Not have pending justification for any previous subsidy, unless an extension has been granted. Specific requirements of the call Cultural or neighborhood associations that meet the following specific requirements may be beneficiaries of the subsidies subject to this call: a) Be legally constituted. b) Carry out cultural activities at Ames City Hall. c) Be registered in the municipal registry of associations at the time of submitting the application. It will be an essential requirement that the association's registration data be duly updated at the time of requesting the subsidy. Second. Purpose: The purpose of this call is to establish the criteria and procedures for the granting of subsidies, intended for the promotion of popular celebrations held at Ames City Hall in the year 2025. Third. Regulatory bases: Agreement of the Local Government Board of February 20, 2025, which calls for subsidies to promote the popular celebrations held at the Ames City Hall in the year 2025, in accordance with the principles of objectivity, attendance and publicity. Room. Amount: The amount of the appropriation amounts to a total of €25,000.00, charged to budget application 3341,489.16 of the 2024 city council budget extended to 2025. The individual amount of the subsidies granted under this call may not exceed the limit set in base 10 based on the population of the parish or 50% of the eligible project. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be 30 calendar days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the province of A Coruña. If the period ends on a non-business day, this period will be understood to be extended until the immediately following business day.
