Extract from the Agreement of the Local Government Board, in an ordinary session held on second call, on the twenty-fourth day of February, two thousand and twenty-five (Point No. 12) by which the subsidies intended for Non-Profit Entities are called within the scope of the Department of Welfare corresponding to the year 2025. Call Code: 2025/2025/3/640815/000 BDNS First. Object: It constitutes the object of these bases for the call for subsidies, the definition of the criteria and the regulation of the applicable procedure for the granting of subsidies in the municipality of Torrejón de Ardoz, in accordance with the legal regime defined in the General Law of Subsidies, approved by Law 38/2003, of November 17 and Regulation approved by Royal Decree 887/2006. Second. Competition regime: The subsidies referred to in these regulations will be announced under a competitive competition regime, in accordance with the provisions of art. 22 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Third. Financial allocation and budget allocation: To fulfill the purpose established in this call, the budgetary credit established in the current budget, budget item 110 23100 48002 called "subsidies to non-profit entities" will be allocated. for a maximum amount of five hundred and seventy thousand and seventy-one euros (€570,071.00). Room. Beneficiaries: Applicants must be registered in the Municipal Registry of Entities, of the Municipality of Torrejón de Ardoz, with at least 2 years of seniority in general, from the date of approval of the call bases by the Local Government Board, as well as be registered in the Municipal Electronic Headquarters. Associations, groups, institutions and other non-profit entities that are legally constituted and registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations, in the area of Welfare/Social Services, meet the requirements and provide the documentation as established in the bases of the call may apply for this subsidy under this line. Fifth. Projects eligible for subsidy: Intervention projects that, in general, enable the autonomy and well-being of neighbors, influencing the achievement of objectives such as coexistence, quality of life, health, social well-being, leisure and free time, will be eligible for subsidy by the Department of Welfare; values such as participation, collaboration, solidarity, self-sufficiency, emancipation, and promoting social integrity, whose recipients are residents of Torrejón de Ardoz. The maximum amount to be requested by entity in this call will not exceed €155,000.00; If the request covers more than one project, in addition to the previous limit, the amount to be requested for each project may not exceed €75,000.00. The maximum limit of €155,000.00 will also apply to those entities that have been beneficiaries of a subsidy by direct concession (agreement) in the same financial year. In these cases, the amount to be requested in this call, plus the amount granted under the agreement, may not exceed the aforementioned maximum limit. Sixth. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications and documentation will be held at the municipal electronic headquarters or any of the places established in art. 16.4 of the Law on Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, indicating the code of the call for grants: 2025/2025/3/640815/000, from the day after publication in the BOCM and until March 31, 2025, both inclusive. -1- Seventh. Justification: The beneficiary Entities must have executed their project by December 31 of the current year and present at the Electronic Headquarters of the Torrejón de Ardoz City Council, addressed to the corresponding Department, before January 31, 2026, a Final Report of the subsidized projects carried out as well as the supporting documentation of the subsidized expense as detailed in the bases of the call.
