Official description of the call

First. - Regulatory Bases: The regulatory Bases of this call were approved by agreement of the Island Government Council held on March 12, 2025. Second. - Beneficiaries: Those who develop an industrial activity and are registered in any section of the IAE (Annex VI of the Regulatory Base) may have the status of beneficiaries, complying with the following requirements specified in Base 2 of the regulations of the call: Natural persons under the legal form of “Individual Entrepreneur”, who pay taxes in the so-called “Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers” (RETA). Legal entities called Public Limited Companies and Limited Liability Companies (SLNE, SL Unipersonal or SL), S.L.U., SLL, S.A.U…. who pay Corporate Tax, with a maximum of 500 employed workers. Communities of goods, and cooperatives with a maximum of 500 workers. Third. - Purpose: to cover the expenses derived from the reconversion of the self-employed and industrial companies of Tenerife to adapt the production system to the new market requirements and applicable regulations, achieving greater profitability and business efficiency. Investments will be financed for: OBJECTIVE 1. Improvement of production and distribution processes. OBJECTIVE 2. Business digitalization process. OBJECTIVE 3. Circular economy, sustainability and energy efficiency. Room. - Amount: The budget credit approved for this call amounts to NINE HUNDRED THOUSAND EUROS, (€900,000.00), to be attributed to the budget applications corresponding to the years 2025 and 2026. with the following distribution: Annuity Budget Application Project Amount (€) 2025 0602.4220.47900 - €80,000.00 2025 0602.4220.77040 20250276 €350,00.00 2026 0602.4220.47900 - €70,000.00 2026 0602.4220.77040 20250276 €400,000.00 TOTAL €900,000.00 The credit has been declared expandable by a total of up to TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND EUROS (€200,000.00) additionally. The amount of the subsidy will be 100% of the eligible expense, with a maximum of THIRTY THOUSAND EUROS (€30,000.00). Applicants may receive a subsidy to finance eligible expenses as established in Base 5 (eligible expenses), establishing the order of prevalence among them in accordance with base 6 (assessment criteria). In no case will the subsidy awarded, alone or in addition to other subsidies or aid that the applicant may obtain for the same purpose from this entity, other administrations or public or private entities, national, European Union or international organizations, exceed the total cost of the investment to be made by the applicants. A minimum investment in the expenses considered eligible per applicant of TWO THOUSAND EUROS (€2,000.00) will be required. For the calculation of this minimum amount, the IGIC will be excluded. Fifth. - Deadline for submitting applications: It will be THIRTY-FIVE (35) CALENDAR DAYS to be computed from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Applications will be formalized in the official standardized model specifically prepared by the Island Council of Tenerife, which is available to interested parties in the electronic headquarters (https://sede.tenerife.es), "Procedures" section. The documentation to be presented with the application will be the one listed in Annex I of the Regulatory Bases. Sixth. - Resolution of the procedure and resources: The maximum period to resolve and notify this procedure will be SIX (6) MONTHS from the publication of the corresponding call. The interested parties may understand that their claims have been rejected due to administrative silence, if after the maximum period indicated in the previous paragraph, an express resolution has not been issued and notified, in accordance with the provisions of article 25.5 of Law 38/2003 of November 17, General Subsidies (LGS).
