SUBSIDIES TO TOURIST INITIATIVE CENTERS, ASSOCIATIONS AND NON-PROFIT TOURIST ENTITIES OF THE PROVINCE FOR TOURISM DEVELOPMENT

First. - Beneficiaries. - The CITs, associations and non-profit entities of the province of Palencia may be beneficiaries of the subsidies regulated in these bases. Second. - Object. - Collaborate in the financing of current expenses derived from carrying out actions that promote knowledge of the natural, cultural, and other resources of their locality; of the celebration of festivals declared of tourist interest when the entity is the main organizer; as well as other tourist activities, which position the town and the province as a tourist destination. Third. - Eligible actions. - TOURIST ACTIONS: -Design, layout and, where appropriate, edition of free promotional tourist material (guides, brochures, diptychs, triptychs, posters or other formats that serve to disseminate tourist resources and products, videos and other types of media). -Organization and development of events with tourist relevance that aim to promote and disseminate the town. -Activities and/or actions of a tourist nature for the promotion of the tourist resources of the town. -The organization of activities that, although not of an eminently touristic nature, are carried out punctually on the occasion of events related to characters that have been fundamental in the development of the history and/or culture and idiosyncrasy of the municipality, through recreations or historical festivals related to facts, events and/or real or fictional characters of the municipality where they take place, as well as other unique events, as long as they have tourist relevance. -Updating web pages and computer applications, as long as they have a tourist nature. FESTIVALS DECLARED OF TOURIST INTEREST: -Organization and development of parties declared of tourist interest. Room. - Amount. - The total credit for this call is €40,000.00. The amount of the subsidy will be a maximum of 70% of the budget accepted by the Tourism Service, according to the considerations stipulated in the bases of the call. Fifth. - Application submission deadline. - The deadline for submitting applications will be fifteen business days, counting from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Provincial Gazette, extending said deadline until the first following business day, when the last day is a Saturday, Sunday or holiday. Sixth. - The annexes and other documentation corresponding to this call will be available to interested parties at the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Palencia https://sede.diputaciondepalencia.es in the Public information - Subsidies and aid section
