Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of art. 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the Call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/es/index) FIRST: Beneficiaries Clubs or sports entities with legal personality will be considered beneficiaries. and legally constituted that develop the activity subject to subsidy within some of the areas of action referenced in art. 1 of the Bases, being necessary requirements: That the sports clubs or entities have legal personality and are legally constituted and registered in the Registry of entities of the Community of Madrid. That the sports clubs or entities are registered in the Municipal Registry of Citizen Entities of Fuenlabrada with a minimum history of 24 months, as of the date of publication of this call and that said registration remains duly updated. ¿Have its registered office in the municipality of Fuenlabrada, and no entity, association or sports club may have its registered office in municipal sports facilities. That sports clubs or entities carry out sports activities in Fuenlabrada, whether training, federated competitions, non-federated competitions, both in team and individual sports, except in the cases of those sports that, due to their typology, cannot be developed in Fuenlabrada. ¿Not having been expelled in the last two seasons in both federated competition and municipal competition. Those associations or entities that are involved in a reimbursement procedure or that have pending approval of the justification of a subsidy previously granted by this City Council for the same object and/or that have not presented the justification of any other subsidy received from the City Council after the deadline for this has elapsed. SECOND. Object. Aid is granted on a competitive basis. It is established in art. 1 and 2 of the Call the object, purpose and deadline (clubs and entities that develop sports projects and/or activities in the territorial area of Fuenlabrada) within one of the areas of action (individual sport competitions, team sports, elite) within any of the following periods: 2024/2025 season (from September 1, 2024 to August 31, 2025) or annual (from 1 from January to December 31, 2025). THIRD. Regulatory Bases. The Subsidies Regulatory Ordinance of the Fuenlabrada City Council is published in the BOCM of March 11, 2005, as well as on the municipal website. ROOM. Amount: The approved credit amounts to 345,000.00 euros, charged to budget application 4069/341/48002. FIFTH. Application submission deadline It is established as a period of 15 business days from the day following the publication of the Call in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid. Interested sports entities and clubs must submit the application and documents detailed in article 4 of this subsidy call, preferably through the Electronic Headquarters of the Fuenlabrada City Council, in the auxiliary registry of the PMD, or through the records and means established in art. 16 of Law 39/2015. SIXTH: Payment. In the case of subsidies whose final award is approved before November 1, 2025, a single advance payment of 100% of the amount will be established, prior to justification. In the case of subsidies whose final award is approved between November 1 and December 31, 2025, effective payment will be made after justification of the total amount granted. SEVENTH: Justification. For justification, the maximum submission date is established as October 15, 2025 (in the case of subsidizing the 2024/2025 season) and January 31, 2026 (in the case of subsidizing the 2025 financial year) and through the documentation required in the Call (Art. 13).
